BeachLife 1 is located in the luxurious Sky Tower Building on the 11th level and offers one of the most spectacular views over Darwin Harbour. You can take a leisurely 5 minute stroll into the heart of Darwin City, or to the exciting new Waterfront Precinct. Plenty of Cafes and restaurants near your doorstep for a leisurely breakfast or dinner. No real need for public transport, everything is walking distance. If you do need to use, bus stops are just around the corner, or there are 2 undercover carparks with free parking included in your rental.

Our 3 bedroom apartments are configured with either 1 king bed or 2 single beds in each bedroom (these can be configured depending on your requirements) and can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
Should you wish to add a maximum of 2 extra people, the study in these apartments can accommodate 1 or 2 extra single beds (additional guest charges apply).
Up to one Portacot with linen is provided free of charge and infants under 2 years old are not included in the maximum guests per apartment
All payments are to be made in full before occupancy. Personal cheques not accepted.
An amount of 20% of full tariff is required as a deposit to secure your booking which is to be paid by credit card only.
The remaining 80% final balance can be either paid by credit card or electronic funds transfer (EFT) which is due 1 month prior to your arrival date.
If paying final balance by credit card, there is a 2% merchant fee added to your payment.
The Security Bond
All bookings are subject to a $500 security bond.
This is reserved against your credit card from your arrival date until 48 hours after your departure. We reserve the right to charge your credit card up to this limit to cover our costs for any damages, losses or breaches of our terms of occupancy

I have stayed here 3 times. I stay here with my husband and work colleagues for business. This apartment is magnificent! Absolute luxury and everything possible you would need provided. We stay here for 2 weeks at a time. When we stayed here in april we bought our son with us to celebrate his 21st - usually there is my husband and I and our colleague - this time our son came as well - he loved it, we all love it. There is master with ensuite (I always have that room) and a powder room separate toilet and bedroom for the 2nd and 3rd queen bedrooms. There is an office desk and chair which is great because we are working. We invited our clients here when we were there in November 2011 and they loved it too. Fantastic views to the ocean, a walk to the city restaurants - we stayed at another fantastic place this and last week at Cullen Bay right at the Marina but my hubby and colleagues are looking forward to coming back here in November for 2 weeks. I highly recommend it - absolutely top quality in every way.

We loved our stay at Beachlife. The apartment is in an excellent loation, it's very modern and the beds are cumfy. The view from the balcony is spectacular.
Denise is absolutely lovely and made our stay even better. She gave us a great tip for a restaurant on our last day.

I have just returned from a beautiful family holiday in Darwin, staying in Beachlife 1. From the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed. The apartment was fresh and inviting. What impressed us the most were the little added extras that made it feel like home. The view of Darwin Harbour was spectacular. the 2 balcony's allow you to view the glorious Darwin sunsets and sunrises...truly spectular. The apartment's generous size was ample for the 8 of us for our weeks stay. The location was great, within walking distance to the waterfront precinct, restaurants, bars and all the CBD of Darwin has to offer. The bus terminal is only 5 mins walk too, which allows easy access to the greater area of Darwin.
I would recommend this apartment to others considering a family holiday. -

My family attended the 70th anniversary of the bombing of Darwin, there were 9 of us and we all wanted to stay in the same accommodation.
This beautiful apartment filled all our needs, the bedrooms could be reconfigured so sleep all singles or singles and doubles as needed, which was important to us as we travelled as a family group made up of Dad, Brother, 2 Sisters and 5 Nieces and Nephews.
The apartment met all our needs, large frige and freezer, cooking facilities if required, a large screen TV, air conditioning in every room and a beautiful view from the balcony and is close to the shops.
Beachlife 1 is highly recommended as the perfect place to stay when visiting Darwin.

What I liked about Beachlife 1 was that it was just how it was described.
How often have you booked something only to find out that it was not like the photos or the description supplied to you ?
Beachlife was exactly what I expected and more.
From the friendly arrival greeting to our departure everything was just perfect and what we wanted for our brief time in Darwin.
We will be back for more of this fabulous apartment , friendly and fascinating city .

The apartment has everything it's very comfortable loads of space and fitted out with the best of furniture. I would totally recommend it to any body looking for some where to stay in Darwin. Denise was very helpful great tour guide she made us feel very welcome
