Do you long for a vacation that includes nothing but fishing, floating, biking and of course eating fresh Gulf seafood?? Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home on Dauphin Island is an excellent place to do just that!! The house is located on a protected bay and perfect for swimming, floating, and fishing from the pier. We're not located on the beach but you will enjoy listening to the waves from the Gulf of Mexico from the deck. You can walk or bike to the beach from the house.

Dauphin Island, AL is a quaint town located just 30 miles south of Mobile. Our home is located near the end of a dead end street with little traffic. Walk to the beach from the house. Also on Dauphin Island there are scooter rentals, Kayak/WaveRunner rentals, Deep Sea Fishing Charters, Bird Sanctuary, Dauphin Island Estuarium.

We decided at the last minute to spend the 4th at Dauphin Island. I went on a search for a house with a boat dock. This was the only one I could find left for that week. After our stay Im glad it was left for us. It is very well decorated. Plenty of room for entertaining. We had several friends and family visit during our stay. The back deck is amazing! We loved that their were no stairs to climb. This made everyone feel included during grilling and cooking in the kitchen. The kids enjoyed swimming right off the back pier. We will be back!
