Rent one room or rent the entire floor, we have a fully staffed three story residence located 10 minutes from Davao International Airport in a well known gated and secured subdivision. Ultimate convenience to restaurants and shopping, with private shuttle service from airport and to all local destinations. Family style ambience with optional breakfast available. Experience Davao City like a local with our suggestions or available guided tours.

Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival date. Non-refundable.

Deposits non-refundable, however if we are able to rent the property during the prior reserved dates, we will refund in full, less a 10% service charge.
Traveler's Insurance suggested in case of unexpected emergencies.

i was in the 1st floor booked 13 nights on February, check out in 9 days, i could not handle anymore noise. from the picture i thought it is a nice place, but noise in the night and day horrible, 2 dogs next door barking all the time, it feel like inside the room, and people talk loud, and playing with babies, all very loud, no sound proof for walls, even close all the windows.
and i see a little creature in bathroom, my gf says it is blood sucking worm, i am not sure, lol
Good thing about it, Very friendly and helpful staffs, that is the only reason i maid up to 9 days.
it is a house, just renting rooms with bathroom, in a subdivision.not a hotel or condo style,
no shop near to walk, you always need a taxi to go nearest shop.

This guest met his Internet girlfriend in Davao, who ran away from him after a few days. We offered a quiet downstairs room to help his "sensitivity" to noise, but he declined. His review also is tainted by the fact he is upset with our policy of no refund if the guest decides to cut out of the reserved dates. Once his GF left, the excuses were made as a way to get out of the reservation. He is also trying to reverse the entire charge on his credit card. It's unfortunate and we tried to find ways to satisfy him, but to no avail. As noted our staff went out of their way to seek a solution. Our description clearly describes our accommodation. Our building is solid concrete.
This person also posed as an attorney, but from his diction and writing, I highly doubt it. -

This is unique with a big U. Japanese style house built by a Japanese for Japanese by a quality Filipino builder in the family. Some design /decoration/garden features are wonderful, with primarily fine materials throughout. Ambiance is excellent and since it is in a quite beautiful sub-division up on a very green hill, it all goes together to the benefit of the guest. One can take restful /interesting walks in the vicinity which is unusual in Davao.
The mix of rooms is unusual. Quite a number of small nice rooms en suite, but with claustrophobic outlook (a wall) in all but two cases; but fine for sleeping or working in. Communal kitchen .diner is sweet. Basement bar. One large room upstairs and then a massive penthouse suite; the common areas of which the large room shares. Good far view from the penthouse and balcony, but rusty roof near view over lesser sub-division below with distant road noise. By contrast the other side, with outlook from the large room, is pleasant and peaceful. The flight path is quite near but there are few planes.
The location of this hotel and its up market subdivision is now excellent due to construction of huge new shopping facilities ; restaurants, spas etc nearby: and quick passage to the airport. Good service from the relatives who look after it and from the caretaker. -

Outstanding Value...Great Food (Breakfast/Dinner Included), A/C, TV. Good location. Workers were always available, great service and the house is in the secured gated community. Having thier own van and driver for hire made siteseeing and shopping so convenient and safe.
