The actual condo unit was very nice. It was clean and well maintained. However, the resort had very little things available for teenagers. Our travel goal was to visit Universal Studios, which was great. However, due to traffic, it took at least an hour to get to the theme park and 2 hours to get to the airport in Orlando when we left. The travel agent booking the trip recommended the resort and said it was about 30 minutes from Universal. This, was not acually the case. The resort was way out in the country near a dead end street, with property nearby that looked as though it had gone bankrupt. They only served breakfast on the weekends, the guard warned us of electronic thefts at the resort and the "game room" was either closed or had more people that the pool tables could accomodate with a waiting list. It was just a very big disappointment and I would not recommend it unless you just wanted to go to the condo and stay inside. Wi-Fi was supposed to be available. My teenagers took their laptops, but the Wi-Fi was unavailable from Sunday until Wednesday night, after repeated calls to the desk and support number. We were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. We had to lug suitcases, groceries, etc up 3 outdoor flights of stairs.

this holiday apartment had plenty of room for all of us (7) in its 3 bedrooms, all the mod cons and a plesant guest reception at the club house, free coffee/choc allday and a good size pool. it was also only 15 mins form Disney.

We stayed for one week at this resort and found it to be excellent in all respects. There is a small drive to all major attractions. We had visited Universal and Blizzard beach and Typhoon lagoon. Both are water parks and one thing we found out is that they allow coolers to be brought in with food and beverages as long as there is no glass containers or alcohol. This information should be helpful to families with children as refreshments are on the pricey side. Bahama Bay condo does have a small cleaning fee and also a daily amenity fee. Both I feel were quite reasonable.

We wish we had found this place before staying on a disney property!!! This place is beautiful,well maintained,quiet. The only down side is the $65.00 amenity fee & no elevator.

beautiful apartment on the 2nd floor with views over a natural pool. Very roomy with all the facilities you need. Extras included a laptop and large flat screen television. Amenities at the resort are well kept.

This 3 bdr./2 bath condo unit was a nice change from a small motel room for an extended stay. We had the choice of eating in or going out as the kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave. There was an on sight restaurant also so you didn't have to travel far to eat out. Each condo unit had their own outdoor swimming pool.
As our plan was to spend 3 days at the Disney parks, it was an ideal location for getting back & forth from the parks (15 minutes)
The cost was a lot less than staying in a motel & we had the luxury of having more than just a bedroom.
The only problem we had was the internet service did not work very good - very weak signal & you had to go out on the balcony to get any kind of reception. Included in the deal was free rental of movies ( Dvd's). We rented two but neither one worked - they may need to check into their DVD players. -

i spent six wonderfull weeks in this unit ,it is so pretty ,clean,plenty of room everything you possibly need was there,pools and hot tubs are great and all parks are very close ,people @ desk are so nice and helpfull even the groundworkers had a smile and very pleasent ! wouldnt think twice about returning,and steve was very wonderfull to work with ! rent and enjoy! we sure did!

Comments&Observations; on ourrecent one month stay at your resort.
On our arrival we were greeted by courteous friendly staff who made our checking in process easy and expeident.
our first impressions of the unit we were in were of complete satisfaction. Cleanliness was above criticism. Decor was tasteful, warm and inviting. all appliances and utensils, linens and furnishings were more than adequate and eleminated any needsto purchase any other items.
The resort is quiet, convenient, private and very comfortable.
we were absolutly impressed with the facilites of the resort and the grounds are beautiful! We really enjoyed taking adantage of the pools & hot tubs and walkways in such beautiful surrounding.
All of the staff was friendly, helpful and very accomendating.
Can't think of a negative thing to say, and hope to be returning in the near future.

The apartment was excellent with ample space for a family with two teenage boys and one pre teen girl.
The apartment is ideally situated for all the theme parks and only a short drive from a supermarket.
The group of apartments have use of there own swimming pool or the use of two other larger pools situated at either the reception area or at the beach bar. If you are looking for a relaxing break with plenty of things to keep teenagers occupied then you cannot go wrong with stopping here. -

Great place to stay, spacious, clean and well equipped apartment with really nice surroundings and amenities. The price was very reasonable and we feel we got a lot more than we were actually expecting for the price.
Located a short distance outside of Orlando in a quiet area, not too far but enough to get away from the hustle and bustle and was a welcome retreat on those days we went to the theme parks. Plenty of restaurants to choose from though just 5 minutes drive from apartment. -

A very clean and spacious appartment which has all the necessary facilities for an excellent self accommodating holiday.The family which consists of 3 children aged 8 - 13 years old enjoyed the condo facilities especially the swimming pool.
This appartment offered excellent value for money and i would fully recommend it to family and friends.

This was our second trip staying in this rental property. The villa was very clean. It is exactly as pictured. We made good use of the pool closest to the villa, a short 2 minute walk at best. Check in and out was easy and fast. Excellent communication from Steve, the owner. Very reasonable rental fee. Quiet community at this time of year. One day there was no one else at the pool. We will consider this property again in the future.

Loved the property - we have two young children (two girls of 5 and 3) and this property was perfect for us. Good speace, nicely furnished and good access to swimming pools. Can see the complex getting busy in high season but when we visited it was near empty so great to have a pool nearly to yourself! Slightly difficult to find initially as it is off the beaten track. But would thoroughly recommend.

We received good service at the Bahama Bay Resort with all staff being very pleasant and helpful.
The home was very comfortable, very clean, modern and welcoming with all the luxuries you associate with home.
The Bahama Bay Resort is well placed with Publix, Walmart, restaurants all just a short drive away.
We loved the pools, the bar and the lovely grounds. The only criticism we can think of is that we would have liked to use our laptop in the apartment rather than the main building. -

I have stayed at Bahama Bay before, but never rented from a private owner. I am so glad we did this time. The reservation was so easy to complete. Very quick response time from e-mail to e-mail.
The property is amazing. I will never stay anywhere else while visiting Orlando. So quick and easy to get to everything. Wonderful condo, beautiful grounds, great staff. The condo was very clean, and nicely decorated. Everything was in great shape and in working order. Great value for the price.
Thanks for the great vacation and I will definitely rent again :) -

The apartment was decorated to a high standard and had everything that we needed. The complex was excellent, we used the gym each day and have a 2 1/2 who had a fab time at the choice of pools. The man made beach on the complex was an added bonus. The location was perfect for Disney, being just minutes away from the motorway. There are 2 huge supermarkets just minutes away that are reasonably priced. Highly recommended, very slick operation when you arrive, and always someone 24 hours on reception if you need anything, also security on the front gates, a very safe environment.

We had a great time. The appartment was perfect. Room enough because we were there with five aduls. My sons had a great time to in the swimmingpools they have been to them all. The locatation is very good. Shopping mall near by and the parks all near by. We loved it!!!!

We would highly recommend this rental the condo is so spacious we had our daughter and family with us Everyone had a great time the facilities were great the children loved the pools, we were also able to take walks all around the property.The bedrooms were very spacious and to be able to cook breakfast and other meals was a plus. We enjoyed everything about Bahama Bay that we rented it again next year for two months. We always felt like we were on vacation.

Wonderful holiday was had by all. Apartment was of a excellent standard and complex had more than enough swimming pools to keep the kids happy. Journey times to Disney etc was no issue at all
