Hampton, PEBlake's Heaven needs udgrading

We love Terrace Ridge Resort. However, this unit needs upgrading. The chesterfield sunk in the middle from much usage and was uncomfortable. The carpet needs to be removed and replaced with laminate or ceramic tile flooring. Carpet has buckled in several places and is in need of cleaning. Tvs are the older models and should be replaced with current models.
In every unit we have stayed in, we have found that the cleaning service just does the very basic cleaning... vents, greenery and decorations above kitchen cabinets are very dusty and stove tops usually requires cleaning etc. Every person (from the resort) we have spoken with has voiced the same opinion about the cleaning service.
With so much usage, we feel that each unit should be viewed by Easy Choice and messages sent to owners with a list of things that need attention.

Very nice condo.Need to update carpeting,same is very wrinkeled.It would be nice to have a flat screen t.v. in the living room.For someone staying 3 months you need to have the cover off of the air cond and furnace controls, it"s a real pain to have to call Easy choice and have them make every minor change
