4 bedoom town home on fantastic Regal Palms resort near to Disney . Master bedroom with luxury pillow top mattresses . En-suite .Tv , walk-in closet and safe . Two twin bedrooms ( one with TV ) with shared bathroom . Queen sized bedroom with luxury pillow-top mattress . En-suite . Lounge area with large screen tv and dvd player . Dining table and 6 chairs plus further table and 2 chairs in kitchen . Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge and oven , plus microwave , dishwasher & coffee-maker . There is also a washer and dryer .
Fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans in lounge , master bedroom and Queen bedroom.

Conveniently situated on US27 the resort is approx 15 mins from Disney , 20-25 mins from Seaworld and 30 mins from Universal . We are 40 mins from Orlando International Airport and one hour from Tampa . If you fancy a trip to the seaside it is only one hour 20 mins to Clearwater and the Gulf Coast .The new Legoland is only 20 minutes away down the US27 .
The resort is close to all parks and amenities yet remains relaxing and peaceful at night - a perfect retreat from the busy days .

These rates include tax . Cleaning charge is also included unless the stay is for 5 nights or less in which case an $85 cleaning charge will apply . The resort charges $11.95 per night for the use of the pool and clubhouse which unfortunately is out of our control ; this is payable direct on arrival . There are towels provided for use around the pool .
Check in from 16.00 , check out time 10.00 .
A security deposit is taken on arrival and returned following the post departure check .

Very nice home. Large enough for our family of 7. Close to the Theme parks. Enjoyed the pool and the slide. It was just amazing.

We've just returned from a 10 night stay at the property and were extremely impressed on all fronts. Fantastic value, there's plenty of room for two families, it could cost you as little as £25/night!! Excellent facilities, the pool and spa complex were great, we couldn't get our 4 year old off the water slide or lazy river. They also provide a designated kids rep for minor poolside activities. Great location, 20mins Disney, 30mins Universal & Seaworld, all motorway. Located west of attractions just off 192, emerging suburb, numerous brand new roadside restaraunts 10mins away. We were spoilt for choice. Also large supermarket nextdoor for basics and breakfast essentials.
I would recommend this rental to freinds with family and would definately consider returning when our daughter is at age to enjoy all the white knuckle rides.Response from Helen Short - 06/16/2012

We just returned from a week at this condo. It was huge space and the teens enjoyed having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool area was a short walk away and never too crowed, even on the 90+ degrees or nights. We had a great meal at the Italian restaurant just down the street, I would recommend it highly. Thanks for a great stay. I have already recommended your home to 2 friends and my sister.

This wonderfully clean and perfectly furnished condo was everything my family of 5 (kids ages 14, 12, and 9 plus one grandma)needed to get away after each day in Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. Every member of the family felt like they had their own space to relax and wind down after a long day at each park. We took one day just to enjoy the pool and the wonderful amenities this resort had to offer. We would definitely use this home again, and we have told so many of our friends the wonderful price we paid for it.

We spent three days at Disney Parks & one at Seaworld which where just a short drive away.Grocery shopping,Pizza & Chinese take out is minutes away.The Condo has everything you could need away from home. As grandparents we enjoyed the Queen bedroom with it's own bath on the first floor. On the second floor, our son & his wife took the master w/king bed & private bath ,their children ages 4 & 5 where in twin beds down the hall and shared a full bath with their other grandma who slept in the forth bedroom also w/twin beds. We also liked having the 1/2 bath near the dinning/living rooms, so convient for washing sticky fingers. We were very comfortable & where happy to have a washer & dryer there in the unit. The resort was great, we spent most of each free day on the lazy river on inner tubes & the slide, so we didn't use the pool or jacuzzi much. When family stopped to visit we treated them to a great meal at the resort resturant & friends joined us for lunch at the outdoor grill. we walked once to the pool area but chose to drive as it was easier with the kids & tubes and snaks etc. The resort workers where very friendly.We had a great here and would come back.

It's the 3rd time I have stayed in this specific vacation home, and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. It's very comfortable and clean. Plus staff is very friendly and the service is great.
