Our beautifully decorated and upgraded townhome is located in the 4 star Regal Palms Resort and Spa, which is just minutes away from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, numerous golf courses and other exciting tourist attractions.

During your stay, you will have full access to all the amenities the Regal Palms resort has to offer. It features a tropical pool pavilion, which includes two heated pools, several sunbathing terraces, lazy river, water slide, kiddies pool and hot tubs. This townhome is convenientl...y located next to the pool area making it very accessible for young families. The health/fitness center has workout area, sauna, steam room, hot tub and the day spa offers massage, manicure, hair, facial and other body treatments. The resort Clubhouse features a sports bar, an arcade, Internet café and a fully licensed restaurant.

Regal Palms Resort is a private gated community with 24 hr security. The Clubhouse offers a centralized 24-hour reception to serve all your needs including day trip planning and booking services, car rentals, sightseeing tours, dinner reservations and transportation to airports and major points of interest. A Publix supermarket and additional restaurants are just a few yards from the resort and a Wal-Mart Supercenter is only a short drive away.

Located at 228 Miramar Ave, our townhouse is right around the corner from all of the Resort facilities! We are only a two minute walk to the Resort pool entrance---you don’t need to drive to the Clubhouse and pool area as you might have to if renting a townhouse further away.

The townhome features brand new beds: a king-size and queen-size bed in bedrooms 1 and 2, both with private bathroom facilities including bath and shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds in each and share the 3rd bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping needs. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as hair dryers in both master suite bathrooms. There is cable TV throughout the home with 5 LED TVs, a Blu-ray player and a DVD player. Each bedroom has it's own TV, plus a 42" LED TV with HDTV in the living room. We offer free WiFi internet access and an in-house telephone available for use with free unlimited calls within the U.S. and Canada. The property features central air conditioning, washer, dryer and 2 in-room safes. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. For families with small children, there is a playpen, stroller and booster chair available. The townhome is approximately 1500 square feet on two levels, offers parking for 2 cars and is privately managed by a local property management company.

Golfers will love this location. The townhome is adjacent to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and a short drive from some of the most popular courses in Central Florida, including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Legends, Stoneybrook West, Diamond Players Club, Orange County National, Champions Gate and Reunion.Read more

  We really enjoyed our stay at this great townhome in November. The owners were very prompt, professional, and friendly in their email correspondence, as well as our phone conversation. Everything appeared just like the pictures showed on the website. We really appreciated having everything at our fingertips and a real "home away from home". We are looking forward to our next stay here again and hope to have more of our family join us. Thanks Jaime and Melissa for sharing such a wonderful vacation home with us.
