Lovely 5 bedroom house just 10 minutes from Disney. The Family lounge has comfortable furnishings with huge flat screent.v. and large patio doors out to the covered lanai and pool. For the youngsters in the family, there is a second lounge/den which has a t.v. and playstation, this room also has a double sofabed and can be closed off from the main living area. There is a dining room and also a breakfast nook with additional stools along the breakfast bar. The House has two master bedroom suites and a double bedroom with en suite. Calabay Parc is a lovely quiet resort which is located along the 27 Highway linking the I4 with the 192. There are many golf clubs in the vicinity with courses offering different challenges to all levels of golfers. The villa is equipped with two sets of golf clubs for guests use. There are many conservation areas in the Orlando surroundings which offer the opportunity of seeing wildlife in its natural habitat with lakes and wooded areas which gives the visitor a chance to explore and enjoy the scenery.

Florida Palms Villa made our vacation relaxing and wonderful! Laura was so easy and great to work with, quick response and easy to book. The home is great for multiple families. The kitchen is well stocked with all needed items to cook your own meals, the bedrooms are spacious and decorated very nice. We travel frequently and our expectations are high, Florida Palms was perfect for our family. Great location, easy to get to grocery store, tourist sights and neighborhood was well kept. Kids and adults will love the pool! plenty of space to enjoy the outside, 2 dining tables on the patio. Pool was larger than most in the subdivision. Gameroom was a awesome! No negatives. Thank you Laura for allowing us to stay at your home!

I would like to thank Laura for allowing myself and family the pleasure of staying in her beautiful villa. It exceeded our expectations with all the extra's that are not mentioned in the description.
My hubby was glad of the golf clubs due to the abundance of courses within such a short distance.
The kids absolutely loved the pool and it was an added bonus that we got the sun from morning till night with it being south facing.
The location is perfect for everyone with shops, theme parks and even beaches within easy distance.

We had a great time and renting this property was very easy. We had such a blast! The house was spacious and comfortable. There were no complaints whatsoever. Our children enjoyed the pool and the owners made renting it extremely convenient and trouble free.

We booked the Villa for 3 weeks.
Spacious and clean Villa.
Lovely to have the pool and jacuzz to relieve aching feet at the end of the day.
Great communication from Laura.
We arrived when management office was closed, no problem easy to follow instructions.
Management Company very helpful, really enjoyed our stay.
Recommend to family and friends, have booked a return visit to the Villa Mar 2013.
Can't wait. -

Our family of 5 spent a wonderful week at this beautiful villa. The kids loved having their own bathrooms and spent many hours in the games room and pool!. Laura was great to deal with and the staff at the management were very friendly and helpful. I never thought it would be possible to have such an amazing vacation home for such a reasonable price. A perfect location for a perfect vacation! We will be back!!
