Brand new 2 story house with double garage and a South facing aspect. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout and benefits from 2 seating areas, a large fully equipped kitchen with bar area and breakfast nook, dining area and downstairs cloakroom. To the rear there is a fully screened-in porch with semi-private pool and views overlooking conservation areas and a pond. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms comprising;1 King master en-suite, 1 Queen master en-suite and two further Twin rooms with a family bathroom.

The house was comfortable but a little outdated on the furniture and electronics. The location was a bit far from everything else.I was a bit disappointed because I had questioned the location several times to make sure we would be close to all of the attractions but that wasn't the case. I would not use this management team in the future. When I had concerns, I didn't feel as though the management team honored my concerns.

Thanks for the feedback, this home is approximately 15 minutes to disney parks, there are a lot of streets that will take you to the same places in this area though. main route to travel on would be Interstate 4. Unfortunately not all homes have flat panel tv's but the tv;s in the homes are funtional and most have cable tv signal as well/dvd players.

This Vacation home was minutes away from every park! Not only was it convenient, but it was beautiful! The house was clean, private, and the pool was a bonus! My family and I were completely satisfied with everything! The people we talked to on the phone were so kind and helpful! I will never stay in a hotel again when visiting this area! Thank you for a great experience!

I was down for a work meeting and also for a short trip to the Magic Kingdom with my family. The house was very clean when we arrived. All linens were clean and done. The pool and pool deck was also very clean. My boys had a great time swimming. High speed internet was very easy to connect and we had no issues with it. All three bedrooms are upstairs (1 King, 1 double/queen, and 4 twins), there's a queen fold out sofa downstairs. There are 3 full baths upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs. There is a Publix and Walgreens very close to the house in case you need to pickup anything. My meeting, which was at the Orlando airport, took about 40 minutes to drive there, and it took about 20 minutes to drive to the Magic Kingdom. I'd highly recommend this property; it worked great for us!

We reserved a 3-bedroom; 2 baths but was assigned to a 4- bedroom; 3-baths house. Very clean and organized. The kids enjoyed playing in the house because there was a lot of rooms & empty closets to hide. The size of the pool was good for kids but not for adults. The pool was heated for the days we requested. I noticed that even though the house was new, the amenities are not. The TV set in the family room was old. We left the place setting in the dining room table alone because it looks like it's for display only. We thought it's too much trouble to use it on a daily basis; they're heavy! Also, I guess the owner chose not to share his TV set in the master's bedroom. At least, the owner could have provided a small one because there was cable wire we saw on the wall. It would help entertain guests who could not sleep the first few nights.

We arrived late at night and did not have any issues getting into the unit. The only thing I didn't like was that we could not control the air conditioner (temp was preset) and it got hot sometimes. Everything else was perfect.

We were skeptical because of the pricing,but the home was perfect,ready for us and very safe. in a great community. Pool was great,one of the maintanence men stopped over our first day there and was replacing the fire extinguishers, he was proffessional and courteous. i tell everyone about Eagle Mngment, we will be going back and will use them all the time.

Everything was great with the exception of the pool being extremley dirty. Dirty, to the point that my son and I got a throat infection from it. However with that said, I would stay again in one of your homes when I travel, only I would like a clean and strile pool.

Thanks for the comments, our pools are cleaned and chemically balanced once a week. The pools are located on the back of the homes with a screened enclosure which is open to rain, wind and sand in case of inclement weather therefore we have a pool skimmer available for the guest to use in cases where the pool has any debris in between the scheduled cleans. We are sorry your son had a throat infection.

We had a good experience at our rented villa. We were very annoyed that the thermostat was under lock and key, as it seemed a little too hot set at 78. But, the house was huge for the money and we had our own nice little pool which was very well maintained. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this home to others.

Thanks for the comments, we have to have the A/C controls locked in summer as sometimes guests will lower to much and freeze the A/C units which then will be a bigger problem for the client. We are happy to stop by and lower a few degrees if requested.
