For the rate, the house should be in better condition. The mattresses were lousy very uncomfortable. The washer had dirty water which i imagine was from the last wash. There was no toilet paper and not enough towels for the number of people allowed to stay in the house. I would not have lasted a week in this house, i took a chance because it was only 2 nights and we were a big group. The disney parks were far from the property, not 3 miles like mentioned in the ad. Also, there is a charge for everything $125 if ac is put at less than 72 degrees and $75 if there is more than 4 trash bags that need to be thrown out.

I arranged my family's first Disney Christmas vacation for December 2012 and we were all deeply disappointed. Neither Disney nor advantage would let us see pictures of the property before we arrived despite booking it 6 months in advance. The villa was nothing like the advertised luxury villa on the website, it was uncomfortable for a range of reasons: dirty linen in the bedrooms, broken glass and cupboard doors and unclean crockery in the kitchen, lights and landline phone service not working in the living room, tears to sofas, and broken blinds and patio furniture, burnt out plug sockets and workmen that let themselves in unannounced in the middle of the day when some of my family were sleeping. Reception staff recorded these complaints but did little about it other than sending someone to change a lightbulb - we were told to email a manager who never got back in touch with us. The workman said unless there was severe damage like broken appliances the company would do nothing about it. I am still fighting this complaint. Wish us luck!

The staff were unable or unwilling to deal with our concerns as we had booked through Disney. The broken door on the microwave was repaired on the 9th day and the pool light was not repaired until our last day of the holiday-17 days later. Both were broken before we got there. The staff member said the superior villa's had games rooms- when we queried whether ours was as booked and paid for a superior villa. Ours did not have a games room. The television was tiny and put into an alcove so poor viewing from the distant sofa. There was no airer to dry clothes, we were told to use the tumble dryer, not good for the environment as well as some clothes not able to be tumble tried.

We arrived on a Sunday and the key was in the lockbox. Easy directions to the house. The house was spotless clean and supplied with everything you can possibly name. The pool was nice. It gets a little warm in the house but cools off during the night. The only thing we found was we were told it was 15 minutes to Universal Studios and it was more like 30 minutes away. All in all it was great and would definetly stay again. We had an emergency while we were there and Kathy helped us with plane reservations for my two sons, she went beyond what she needed to do and I appreciated it very much.

Upon arrival at 7799 Styles Blvd, I was greeted by the most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered in my life. This woman had no regards for me or my family. She talked down to me like I was the very scum of the earth. It all started when I was made aware that I would have to put a 250.00 deposit down that I thought was already paid and she plainly made me aware that that was not her problem and that I should have been more prepared. She then asked do I need to see a manager? I told her yes, she then went to the back office and told her manager that I was being rude to her and I told her no Maam!, you have been nothing but rude to me as we are somewhat yelling at each other. The manager came out and took control of the situation but in no way was she helful to me or my family and I will not rent from this lady again. The house itself was very nice and the only thing I would say that would have made our stay better was no toilet paper or soap but I imagine this is not supplied like in a hotel. The pool was also very cold and we did not get to enjoy it.

Everything was great throughout the stay of our trip. I had no problems with the alarm systems this year and the girls really enjoyed the pools! The only issue we had was the air conditioning in the 3 bedroom was acting up a few days.

This is a great property. Plenty of space and very comfortable house. Screened in pool with light great for late night swims after a long day at Disney. House has everything we needed free wifi, appliances, very clean and close to the parks.
The home was okay with the exception of a broken refrigerator which did not get replaced until 5 days into our stay and after our food had spoiled, absolutely no washcloths which we were refused to be given and had to purchase some ourselves at the Publix, and a dirty towel. Our problem was with the management company, not the home itself. Dion at the management company was extremely rude and refused to be helpful in any way.
