This is a gated community area so you will feel safe in the house or when you are out at the parks, shopping or eating knowing that you have to have a code to get into Tuscan Hills and then another code to get into our villa.
There is shops and restaurants and shops less than 3 mins away so you don't have to go far on your first night or if you are tired after a tiring day at the parks or shopping!!

We had a wonderful time at the Palm Court Villa. We were pleasantly surprised when we first arrived, the villa seemed bigger than we expected and was spotless. The pool and spa are fantastic, so clean with very comfy loungers, just perfect for a nap or two! Our party was 6 adults (3 couples) so we had plenty room and each couple had their own bathroom which was a real bonus. There are plenty supermarkets, restaurants and bars close by and Disneyworld is only about 10 minutes drive away. We would not hesitate to recommend the Palm Court Villa to friends and family and will definitely stay there next time we visit Orlando.

My family was planning a Disney trip and bringing my parents along as well (7 of us total). The villa was plenty big for our group (in fact there was a spare bedroom we never used). The neighborhood is quiet and secure, with easy access to Disney, Seaworld, etc. We even drove to the gulf coast one day, which was great. I was pleased with the convenience/speed of Wifi access, which we used for multiple tablets and phones throughout our stay. We loved being able to hit the Walmart down the street and stock up on breakfast food the first day. This allowed us to save time and money, hitting the parks sooner each day. The pool fence and alarm system helped us keep our young son out of the pool when we didn't want him in there. Irene was very responsive and great to work with. I recommend this villa to anyone staying in the area. We would do it again in a heartbeat...

When looking at accommodations for our 8-day.trip, we looked at on-site hotels and vacation homes. We decided on this home because we thought the space would be better for our 12- and 7-year-old. Kids loved having their own space and the pool was a highlight. House was exceptionally clean and well furnished. Quiet area and relatively convenient. Took 15-30 min to get to parks so may be far for toddler naps. Awesome soccer/ sports complex and playground very close. Owner and property manager very nice and helpful. Will need to buy/pack: shampoo, laundry soap, spices.

We were staying in the last 2 weeks of March 2012 with all the family 5 adults and 1 granddaughter aged 8.It was in a nice peaceful gated community and really relaxing.It had all the amenities and no real distance to most of the theme parks plus a few outlets and golf courses and it was good to come back to relax in the pool after a day pounding round the theme parks

Irene, the house was exceptional! The location, hot tub/pool perfect for soaking the old bones after 18 holes of golf. Able to get on I-4 quicklt to go South to Tampa or North to Daytona. Gas,Food,banking all quick and easy to get to. Recommend for families going to Disney/Universal, Golf trips and one who wants to stay in a secure and great place. Can wait until next year, and we hope we only have 4 guys who want to go, this way we will have all that room again!

We stayed at Irene's over Christmas 2011. Our family was 2 kids, 2 couples and Grandma. The house was clean, attractive, and up-to-date. The kids loved the pool and the Playstation. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for Grandma. She could turn in early and sleep undisturbed, while the kids ran amok upstairs. We had plenty of space.
The management company responded promptly to the minor issue that arose (beeping smoke alarm that needed batteries). When we decided to add pool heat, they turned it on within an hour.
The location was very convenient to Disney and we had a fantastic stay. Irene promptly refunded our deposit after we returned home. I will stay there again without hesitation. -

We stopped here on the 24thth Ocotber 2011 for 1 week and it was lovely.
The free phone calls are a real bonus and would recommend staying here.

Excellent villa, well maintainedd, clean, comfortable, modern and very roomy. Pool area fantastic with sun loungers and recliners. The kids loved the laptop and being able to stay in touch with facebook. A very safe gated community with excellent club house and gymn facilities. I would most definitely recommend this villa to friends and relations without hesitation. 10/10.

Davenport was a good choice for us. First time we have stayed on the west side of the parks. More residential, less traffic, quieter. Nice!
Secluded and restful setting, gated community. House was comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Favorite place to sit was in the screen house out back. Palm trees, hedges separating the yards, birds singing, sunshine, and hot air balloons overhead...I'll miss those Florida mornings.
Fantastic quick email communication from our hosts, very accommodating and gracious. Thank you so much for sharing your home and providing a place for us to make lasting memories with our loved ones. It was indeed magical...

The villa exceeded our expectations. It was much larger than we expected and in very good condition, well equiped and a super pool.Very convenient for supermarkets and only a few minutes to Disney.
The owners had left a lot of useful tip to help us get around.
To sum up: a lovely clean and spacious property in a good location all for a very reasonable price. -

Villa was wonderful! Had everything we needed. The pool heat worked wonderfully, but my favorite was the spa. We spent most evenings Bbq'ing and eating by the pool in the relaxing weather. Villa was close to everything but outside of the busy Orlando crowds. Only a few miles away from a Super Wal Mart. Neighborhood was super nice, quiet, and safe. Great for families!

of the house. I liked the location of the villa,
close to Disney, and the local shops and resturants.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and i would

I had an amazing time in Davenport. I loved the house - everything about it was perfect. It was immaculate and very welcoming. It was also great to have the pool - it was enjoyed by us all nearly every day. The location was just what we wanted - we were just the perfect distance from the parks and the shopping. The shops,of course, are great with loads of bargains so take an extra case with you to bring back your bargains.
The owners have thought about everything at the home - it's everything you'd want your home to be only better because of the location! The service is great - if you should need anything - you only have to ask.
I hope you enjoy your time in Davenport - I did and I'll be back to do it again. -

The Villa is amazing! It is in a fantastic location being very very close to disney, local shops, restaurants etc. The Villa offers wonderful accomodation, very clean and tidy, all the facilities were in excellent working order, i would high recommend this villa to everyone.

I went to this beautiful villa in tuscan hills orlando and could not believe my eyes when i got there it was amazing.
The ammenities that where provided were excellent and i found that i did not need to get anything else to make it a better place.
I liked the location of the villa and how close it was to the theme parks.
i did not find anything to comment on that i liked least. -

fantastic villa in a nice quiet area just outside disney! everything you need in one place so having a nice place to come back to and relax is great, especially with the jacuzzi.

We stayed just over 2 half weeks had a fantastic time weather not so
good but there was enought in the house to keep everyone happy and the
adults too. The owners good not have done enough with the information
and help whilest booking in was a pleasure dealing with them, loved
Florida and loved the house so close to everything. Might try and book

We stayed in this lovely home for three weeks and had a holiday of a life time. Its was so convenient to be so near to the Disney complex and to travel to other parts of FLorida was no problem.
The house was beautifully layed out and very welcoming. The management team were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly return and would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone. -

House was marvellous, plenty space for us all. Everything we needed was there like a 5 star hotel!
Great location 10 minutes from the parks and very handy for downtown Orlando.
We all loved the parks-the children were ecstatic. October was a good time to go,great weather and no queues.

This luxury home is lovely, we have stayed at the villa 4 times now, and are going back in august...its very clean, well equipped and very comfortable.
Its easy to find, just of the main highway and close to everything.
We highly recommend this villa.
