Our house occupies an enviable position at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a large garden backing onto the 12th tee, appropriately named 'The Outback'. The screened pool area is secluded and perfectly placed for maximum sunshine throughout the day. With your own soft reclining sun beds, you really will be ready to unwind and relax into this very special holiday.

We have stayed in villas in Florida 6 times over the past 15 years and this is the most luxurious so far! It was spotless inside and out and the pool man visited twice whilst we were there, ensuring the pool was very well maintained. The position of the villa at the very end of the estate means that the outside area is not overlooked at all. With 2 grown up children, they had plenty of space inside the villa and the pool area was so lovely - the pool was always warm from the sun being on it all day. The fact that the management company is located so close meant that any problems could be sorted quickly and not interrupt the holiday.
The location is perfect - we love Davenport as it is so easy to get onto the I4 and hence to Disney, Universal, the shopping malls and the outlets. There is a choice of supermarkets close by including Publix just a few minutes away.
We would recommend this villa to anyone. It is a real home-from-home and we would certainly want to stay again. -

The service we received was excellent, the picking up and dropping off of the keys was a very smooth operation and the staff all very pleasant.
The Villa is extremely well appointed with everything you need for an amazing stay.
As golfers the proximity of the villa from our point of view was second to none, we had some memorable games of golf and it is a very friendly club.
Likewise our Daughter, Son-In-Law and Grandson found the location excellent for all the theme parks, literally 10 to 15 minutes away,still being able to have a lie-in and get to the parks in time for them to open.
The pool for all of us was an added bonus, being able to cool off after a hot and sticky day and just relax in the late afternoon and early evening sun.

We vacation in Florida every year but stay at a pet friendly villa.However this year my sister temporarily took the place of hubby and the dog(lol) so we stayed at Diane and Peter's home.
When my daughter and sister and I walked in for the first time all of us said oh my god!!. When I say this home is absolutely beautiful it does not give it justice.
The home is immaculate,and could easily pass as being brand new.
The pool is beautiful and very private.
The home is set up very profesionally and Peter and Diane were even kind enough to let us check in early without extra costs.The 4 bedrooms were very roomy especially the 2 master suites.
The kitchen is very bright ,clean and stocked with everything you need(except food of course).
Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the beautiful lanai and listened to the birds.Even had an armadillo make an appearance. For Chicagoans thats odd lol.
The family room has Cd's,Dvd's and books for entertainment if needed.
There are 3 sliders and a separate door that lead out to the pool.
The beds and pillows are very comfy with nice clean bedding.Plenty of towels for the bathrooms with a clean laundry room when needed.
The furniture was also very clean and very comfy.
The area is beautiful and right on the golf course. We took walks every evening and threw tantrums when we had to leave lol.
The pool was clean and the perfect depth at both ends for different age groups.
Nice patio furniture on the lanai with plenty of comfy seating. which is where I sat my but every morning watching the sunrise.
Anyone who vacations in Florida knows about the bugs but not once did we have to so much as get rid of an ant in the home.
I know I'm going to forget to compliment something so I will end with this.
This is home is by far the most beautiful,clean,comfy and profesionally done home that we have ever stayed in.
Well worth it and will stay with them again.

Diane and Peter(the villa owners) were very helpful and efficient throughout the booking process.
The villa is beautiful and the location would be hard to beat. Situated on a large secluded plot at the end of a cul de sac - this resulted in little traffic and "peace and tranquility". The villa itself was spotless, extremely comfortable and provided everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. The free WiFi and international phone calls were added bonuses. The outside area was equally as impressive as the interior. Lovely pool (not overlooked) and ample, comfortable deck furniture - spent many happy hours there.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we immediately booked again for next year! -

The management company were courteous and efficient. The holiday home was very comfortable, well equipped and very clean.
The location is perfect for a peaceful holiday being situated in a cul de sac and on the edge of the golf course. There is a super market close by and is close enough to the 192 and I4 to take you to the heart of the attractions.
Would most definitely return to this villa. -

Diane and Peter's home in Davenport was one of the highlights in our Florida trip. Beautiful outside and luxurious comfy inside. We absolutely loved it.
The only concern was the traffic, but it was Christmas,unless you stay inside Disney, you just can't avoid the big mess on I4.
We will definitely come back and tell a friend.

After a long flight picking up the key was very easy. The house had the wow factor when we arrived and we instantly felt at home there. Pool and facilities offered were fantastic, there was nothing we found we needed even down to our park tickets being delivered promptly the next morning. Location was very good, only 20 minutes from all the parks. Supermarket was close as well. One of the best places we have stayed in Orlando. Diane & Peter were so helpful and the rental company also very good.

My Family recently spent two weeks in Peter and Diane's lovely house on Highlands Reserve. We have stayed in Highlands Reserve 6 times in the past but I have to say that this house was one of the best we have stayed in. The house was in perfect condition and very clean on our arrivsal. The large private pool area is the higlight of the house. We will be booking this house again next year.

We have been on 3 occasions. The place is ideally
suited to get to the theme parks. It's a lovely homely villa with a touch of luxury and an invaluable pool to cool off in.Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and backs on to a golf course and is in a lovely quiet area. Super market is a short distance away plus retaurants and other amenities.
Ejoyed each visit and can not find fault at all. -

We enjoyed a thoroughly relaxed and pleasurable holiday,from which we didn't want to come home.
We were taken aback by the scale and layout of this beautiful villa, which was superbly situated and so easily accessable to all the attractions that Florida has to offer.
The villa was home from home. From the wonderfully comfortable beds and furniture, to the great laundry facilities.
A huge plus was the screened pool and patio area. Ideal for chilling out and enjoying the sun and perfect for dining 'Al fresco' when we chose to have a quiet night in.
Definitely the best accomodation we have ever spent a holiday in. -

The location and layout of the home was superb. When you walk in it takes your breath away. All this and within easy reach of Disney parks and other local attractions. Then you can relax by and in the lovely swimming pool. The home is well equiped and the beds are so comfortable. It really made our stay a truly Dream holiday.There is nothing detrimental to say and I would recommend this home to anyone.

We had a wonderful time staying in this Villa on Highlands Reserve.
The house was spacious and very comfortable.
Having our own private pool felt like a real luxury.
The villa is in a nice quiet location backing onto the golf course.
There is a large supermarket a short drive away and there are restaurants there that we liked which is nice when you've had a long day in a theme park and are too tired to go far!
I think my favourite part of the villa has to be the master bathroom as we'd never seen a bathroom so big (not in London anyway!)
Will definitely stay here again
