The only thing I could recommend aVH is to have tile all over the house because the carpet without being vacuumed daily is dirty.
This particular house is located in Davenport, so everything is like 30 or 40 minutes away from home but Walmart and Publix are very near, like 7 minutes by car. The house even had a small pool table and wired internet available. We all really enjoyed staying at this house. This is the forth time I have rented a house from them and it has always been a good experience.
