Unfortunately, our stay at this property was not pleasant. The kitchen floor was so sticky, we had to clean it ourselves. Verticals were broken and unusable. There were roaches. A repairman was sent for an issue that we didn't know about without notice. Mgmt company was very hard to reach by both us and Regal Palms!

Had no idea I would be so far away from the pool for one I had arrived at 12;30 am and the did not even have a pack of coffee to make one small pot. The beds sucked super lumpy. not even toilet tissue. When to open a bottle of wine and the cork screw opener was there but no screw on it broken.. Went to peel fruit and the peeler opening was so busted up and bent was useless... Over all I would never ever go there again over priced and it was very disappointing NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im sure your glad you asked...

Called front desk 4 times to inform them that there were no towels in the master bathroom. 3 times it seemed that the towels would be delivered. The 4th time I was given the property mgmt number "just in case." Never did get the towels. Annoyed that I had to ask more than once and disappointed that the towels were nevered delivered. Gave up after 2 days. Also not enough seating in pool area for number of guests. Otherwise our stay was just fine.

the space was fine. however, towels very skimpy and in short supply. mattress had coils you could feel. furnishings drab, paint dirty. needs refurbishing.

We had friends who dealt with opm who had difficulty with reservation. The regal palms themeselves were very hosptitable and worked hard to cater to them. Will book back through the regal palms. the beds in our condo however had extremely bad mattresses.

The condo was very spacious but had many things wrong with it: broken tv's, low battery on door lock, broken air conditioner. The beds had very old mattresses and pillows and the spring could be felt while sleeping. The biggest drawback was that there was no Internet available. You had to go to the main office for that! For that very reason alone I would not recommend this property to a friend.

The 3 bedroom townhome fit our family of 6 very well. It was in a great location and easy to get to all the Disney Parks. The only downfall we found was that we had to either walk 3 blocks to the pool or drive. So that took some planning when not everyone wanted to swim. All in all it was a great place to stay.

the property was clean and in good condition,the front of house staff were excellent and obliiging and the facilities were all that we expected and more,however after going through the check-in procedure early at around 1:00pm when we returned at the correct time the house was still not ready for us to ocuppy,the keycode was wrong causing a further wait.crocery in the house was lacking only 4 cups for 8 occupants,with varying degrees of damage to the interior which we had problems getting the managment to come and witness indeed not until we were checking uot did anybody turn up which was a concern for us.The overview of the resort is very good but the company through which we rented were not and I would recommend anyone to stay as long as they rented through Regal Palms managment

Upon arrival, we inspected the unit and left a phone message to the unit manager regarding minor issues. The call was never returned. Some of these rental issues, I reported were several marks on the wall paint. In the foyer, the front door had black streak
marks on the right and left wall of the hall way. In the dining room, one of the chair cover had a black stain. In the first level children bedroom, the rug had a black stain. In the kitchen, the stove had 2 paint chipped on the top and some of the knifes
handles were broken. In the stair way, there were several black streak marks and a small dent in the right lower section of the wall. In the master bedroom, the finishing on right end table was chipped and worn out. In the other upper bedroom, the left end
table had a finishing chipped mark in the upper left corner. The dresser with the mirror also had several finishing chipped marks. Everything else looked good. -

Great value! The pools are very nice and fun for the whole family. The property was nice, but the beds are hard. The kitchen was did not have enough variety of pots and pans to cook with and there were not enough towels and wash cloths.

My two main issues were: After I paid, the additional fee that I had to pay when I arrived at Regal Palms, I have no idea what the extra charges were for. Also, that the toilet on the first floor bathroom was broken (inside the tank, the chain was broke), but we didn't call the front desk, for fear of being charged for it. (there is a sign in all bathrooms, regarding the "clogged" toilets), so this scared us, thinking we would have to pay for that as well.
The place was clean, and very acceptable, besides those two issues. This was our second stay at Regal Palms, the first time 5 years ago, was a much better experience. -

We enjoyed our stay and I will return. However I had to go out and buy toilet tissure, washcloths, dish soap. After a long drive checkin is very late. They were very kind to find me an apartment to go in early ,my husband had been ill and we were their to rest and celebrate our 50th aniversary.
