Why Spend your Orlando vacation in a small cramped hotel room when you could be staying in a beautiful vacation villa?

Castaway Cay was designed with families in mind. It's big enough for large or extended families or even two families who enjoy vacationing together. There's room for 12 in this spacious and beautifully decorated home. 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and a pull-out sofabed in the livingroom.

We have a gamesroom with a billiard table, foosball and darts. The home is also equipped with wireless internet, large screen TV along with surround sound. Great for "movie night".

After a long day at the parks, why... not come home to the comforts of your own home. Let the children jump and play in the private pool, while the adults start dinner or relax with a cool tropical drink on the screened in lanai, while the teens head to the gamesroom . There's plenty of room in this 2200sq ft home for everyone to relax and unwind in total air conditioned comfort.Accommodations:

There is a large well equipped kitchen with every convenience, from the obvious dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge to the less obvious electric kettle, coffee maker and cooking utensils. Every thing you need to whip up a quick breakfast or a casual BBQ is right there.

Down the hall is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer along with an ironing board and iron.

The livingroom is very comfortable with a love seat and large sofa that pulls out to a full size bed, there's a large screen TV with DVD/CD player with surround sound. Don't forget your laptop as there is wireless internet through out the house, very convenient for teens to catch up on e-mail and IM-ing friends.

We have a selection of board games that you're welcome to use if you would like to play dominoes,chess,checkers or even try your hand at some Texas Hold'em.

Babies are our favorite guest here at Castaway Cay. There is no need to lug your stroller, cot and highchair, all of those items are here and available for you to use, and if you need doubles of anything, be sure to let us know, we can take care of that.

There is a full size bedroom downstairs with easy access to the first floor bath across the hall.

The king master is also located on the main floor, with it's own huge luxurious bath. You'll also find a large walk in closet, separate shower, large corner spa tub. Two separate sinks make for loads of elbow room while getting ready in the morning, and we've even supplied hairdryers, no need to pack those. You'll find the king size bed extra comfortable, while watching TV or a DVD, and you'll have private access to the pool through the sliders from this room.

Upstairs you'll find a queen master, also with TV-DVD player and private bathroom. Beautfully decorated and incredibly comfortable.

Last, but certainly not least, is the 2 twin bedrooms. These are wonderfully decorated for our younger visitors. The first is decorated in Cars theme with Lightening McQueen, and Sally watching over the children dreams. The second room is my daughters favorite, it's decorated in a Tinkerbelle theme with Tinks and her friends to keep your children company. Each room has 2 twin beds and a selection of dress-up clothes and toys to keep imaginations happy. These two rooms share the main bath just steps away.

The pool is cool and refreshing, and can be heated, along with the soothing spa, in the cooler months, generally Oct- April, if you require. You can access the pool area from sliders off the kitchen, livingroom, and also from the privacy of the king master bedroom, for that late night dip.

The gamesroom is located on the first floor, there is a billiards table, foosball table and darts, as well as a pub table and chairs from which to watch

the action.

Castaway Cay villa is so beautiful and comfortable you may decide to stay right there, and take a break from all the activity Orlando has to offer. You may want to spend the morning chatting around the breakfast table, or catch up on a movie or two, and anytime you want, you can step outside and soak up the sun with a good book-or float the day away in your own private pool.

You're definitely on top of the world when you're at Castaway Cay Villa, and while comfort and convenience are important, safety has not been forgotten. All the doors leading out to the pool and spa are outfitted with alarms so little children can't wander out by the pool unbeknownst to adults. There is also a safety fence around the pool for added security, but nothing is as important as close adult supervision.   Our family went to Disney World right before Christmas and truly enjoyed staying in this comfortable and spacious house. We found it to be very clean and comfortable. My children enjoyed using the gameroom and heated pool while my husband and I enjoyed the feeling of being at home away from home. We found it to be conveniently located and near all the attractions in the Orlando area, as well as shopping and dining. We would definately book this home again.

  CastawayCay was the perfect Villa for us - great position and not overlooked. The accommodation was clean and spacious and had all the necessary equipment to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely recommend this villa and location as it was far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get to the attractions and restaurants in a short time. The local supermarket was really close by making it easy to stock up as and when we needed to. Booking was straight forward - this was our first time in Florida and we look forward to coming back again!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous and affordable rental property. It was convenient to all the attractions and a supermarket to stock the fridge. The house itself was clean, spacious and came with wonderful amenities such as the terrace pool, game room, washer/dryer and gas grill. The club house was well equipped with extras to keep the kids busy without extra fees. We have wonderful family memories from our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking in the Disney area.

  Everything about our stay was fabulous- the home is better than described- well maintained,has every amenity, pool warm and private, extremely comfortable. Location can't be better- just a few miles from all the parks but away from all the traffic ; also convenient to local restaurants and new Target shopping center and Publix supermarket. Thankyou Janice for making it so easy for us to have a great stay and your personal touch was especially appreciated- we are looking forward to another stay!

  Great vacation home away from home... Very clean and had all the essentials that we needed. Great quiet community with a club house in walking distance. We were not able to enjoy the pool and bbq outside because it was too cold but cannot wait until we are ble to spend another great vacation at this home!

  This was my second time staying at this home, each time has been fantastic! The proximity to Disney is perfect! It was an easy day trip to the shore, as well as Busch Gardens! The house was clean and nicely appointed, the private pool was a big hit with my children, and very convenient. The clubhouse was a great place for the kids to hang out and meet new friends. We plan on returning in soon!
