Our stunning newly furnished villa of 2980sq ft is packed with extra features & upgrades, including extended pool deck, standalone spa & games room. Choose from king & queen size master suites with marble top vanities & Jacuzzi bath to first master. There are 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, plus a further 2 twin rooms, all rooms have cable TV & ceiling fans in addition to air-conditioning for added comfort.

I stayed here with my husband and four year old daughter in May 2011 and could not fault the villa for cleanliness, facilities, space or luxuriousness. The pool and hot tub were great, the master bedroom suite was amazing, and the kitchen had everything you could need. Loads of matching crockery and glassware, tons of towels, a games room in the garage, and an amazing feeling of space. Close enough to the parks to be convenient, but great to come back and relax at the end of the day. Two sitting rooms, one with a massive TV, and televisions everywhere, together with the games room (table football, basketball net, table tennis and more), Wii, pool and hot tub make it a great family house; three bathrooms plus a downstairs loo, and four large bedrooms mean everyone has space. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully return.

This was our ninth stay in rental villas in the Orlando area and this one was among the best. It had everything we could possibly need and much more. The space and comfort were greatly appreciated after a busy day at the parks. Location is perfect for the main attractions and close to several supermarkets.
Our first week was one of the coldest on record for November and the hot tub was a big hit because it was so warm!! That has to be worth five stars.

Lovely villa with lovely friendly owners.
As well as being a large well laid out villa it has all the finishing interior design touches that make it that little bit special. It is a villa that someone loves and cares about and it shows.
The teenagers loved the hot tub and the games room.
I loved sitting at the table by the pool in the morning with a coffe and it was so calm and quiet.
We loved the area really near to everything but just that bit apart from the hustle and bustle.
It really did feel like home to us when we came home at the end of the day.
