Welcome to our stunning luxury 5 bedroom holiday home located just 12 minutes from Disney. Our holiday house is fully air conditioned. It has a large private pool and spa with spectacular views overlooking conservation land. With five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms it is large enough to comfortably sleep one or two families (10-12 people). The pool has privacy fencing and sun shelf which is ideal for children. The villa is new...ly built in Legacy Park, one of the nicest communities in the Orlando / Davenport / Kissimmee area. Overlooking orange grove landscape, our home is ideally located just off US 27 with easy access to Interstate 4. We are near major attractions; just 12 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet & Wild and Gatorland. Orlando International Airport is only 30 minutes away. The villa comprises 5 bedrooms (3 of which are masters with en-suite), a large fully equipped kitchen and breakfast area, family room with wide screen TV, including a surround-sound home entertainment system with DVD player. A separate spacious living and dining area means everyone can sit and eat at the same time. The villa is furnished to a high standard with sumptuous leather sofas, individually designed over-sized pool and spa (including fibre-optic night light display). Cable TV/DVDs are in every bedroom. If you want to get away from the children (or get them away from you!), there is a spacious den area upstairs which has a large corner sofa, TV and Playstation. The villa is professionally cleaned between every visit. All bed linen and towels are provided. There are 3 master suites, 2 with king-size beds and the other with a queen-size bed. One master is located on the ground floor – perfect for one or two families to share, an older / disabled family member, or even if you just want to be away from the rest of the family! Each master has an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are twins (one with a Disney theme) with Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a cloakroom beside the swimming pool. The villa is well equipped for babies and young children with a cot and high chair provided at no extra charge. Our villa is the perfect place to return at the end of a long day. With all the comforts of home you can relax around the pool with a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the conservation land. There’s so much to see and do in the area, you'll need an occasional day to simply chill out in the villa while the children have fun in the heated swimming pool.

We have been in business over 7 years. All our homes are professionally managed and have an overall

All rates are per property and not per person. As soon as final payment is made directions and

key/alarm code will be forwarded by email.

We do not charge a refundable security deposit. In lieu of this we charge a one off fee of $45 for

accidental damage waiver insurance which covers you for up to $1500.

Final quote depends on several factors;

e.g. dates of stay, length of stay, early booking discount, last minute discount, repeat guest

specials etc.

You will receive a $25 restaurant gift card for booking online - (link will be sent with free quote)

We can also offer you travel Insurance through TravelGuard. The premium is 7% of your booking total.

  The house was exactly as described. Large house, many bathrooms, excellent pool and spa. Just the right distance from everything. Check in and out was easy, house was ready for us when we got there; pool heat was on. Upstairs could have been cooler, but not a huge deal.

  Too far away from main attractions...

  The house had a nice pool and hot tub. But much too far for us from the Disney parks and Seaworld (45 mins + depending on traffic). Not a good thing when trying to get home after a long day.
  
  For the price we paid to rent we expected top quality. Not the case when it came to the kitchen. Stove burners were uneven and not working properly. Pots and pans limited and very old and in poor condition. Basic kitchen cooking aids and utensils were very minimal. Found the beds, including the pillows to be much too firm. We felt that better attention could be paid to the little details when cleaning prior to our arrival.

  Many thanks for taking the time to complete our review as we appreciate your comments.
  It is such a shame that you did not let us know that you had some issues with the home as we would have been only to willing to sort them out for you during your stay.
  Regarding the location of the home, we inform all our guests in our information book, of the new road off of Hwy 192 (429) which opened a couple of years ago, which means you can now be in Disney in about 15 minutes missing all the traffic.
  The stove burners can be a little difficult to work (design fault,, US appliances) with as the stove is taken apart to clean after every guest and although we make sure the burners work afterwards, they can sometimes work loose.
  Our pots and pans are replaced almost every year as they are well used being in a rental home that is this popular, and although we do try to provide as many kitchen utensils as possible there will always be items we have not thought of. We will make sure we check on all these items and replace where needed and see what other items we can purchase that guests may find useful when cooking.
  Beds and pillows are unfortunately a personal preference.
  Once again, many thanks for your comments and we would appreciate the opportunity to accommodate you again in the future and make sure your stay with us was a completely positive experience.

  This was our 2nd stay at the villa and found it to be a home from home. Its location is ideal for easy access to all the parks and attractions. Walmart & Publix are 5 mins drive away and there are several good restaurants & take aways close by. There is a good size pool & jacuzzi with additional games room that kept the teenagers entertained. Martin & Linsey provided an excellent service and look forward to going back.
