The house was beautiful. The pictures online depicted the house perfectly. The family room furniture is showing its age. Everything was perfect except the heat went out Christmas Eve and it was in the 30 and 40s outside. I got bounced around and shuffled around quite a bit. I called the number that I was given to call for emergencies (management company phone number) and was told that the engineer couldn't come for several days to repair the heat. I found out that Dvro is a discount broker (similar to hot wire) that works with the property management people. (2 seperate entities.) The emergency number was useless. I got a "so sorry" " I have nowhere else to put you." After many progressively irate calls to the management co. Dvro came into the picture. The on call rep's husband walked me through repairing the problem. Yes, I had to fix it myself. Luckily it was easy as disconnecting a overflow safety mechanism that caused the unit to shut off. Apparently the ac unit overflow valve was clogged from a prior visit. Thumbs up to Dvro, Thumbs down to the property management company that either owned or managed the property. Can't remember the name of the company, but it at Villas in its name.
