Response from the manager Thanks for the comments, we have advised the owners of the property about the beds and when they can they will look into this and replace if possible. All our vacation rentals are self-catered which means the guest will provide all toiletries, cleaning supplies during their stay. We kindly leave the initial toilet paper rolls and some trash bags in the home upon arrival.

We do see your reservation was for a Regal Palms unit but not for a specific address which means the pictures you were looking at were just examples of how the units will look like but not related to a specific address. All the 4 bedroom Regal Palms units we manage do have 2 bedrooms with Twin beds.

Response from the manager Thanks for the feedback, we cannot control the weather in Florida and the pools at Regal Palms are heated pools. the air con thermostat is controlled because often guests will turn them to the wrong temps and damage the unit. our office is open 7 days a week.

Response from the manager Thanks for the feedback on this home, this townhome that you have stayed in is part of a townhome community where all the units were built and furnished by the same company so the vast majority are very similar in furnishings. We will check on the chair to make sure it is safe for future renters. The King beds are actually all the same as far as we know which consist of 2 box springs at the bottom and a King Size mattress. We have addressed the walls to make sure they are clean. Thanks

Response from the manager Thanks for the feedback, most vacation rentals are self catered which means we provide the initial toilet paper roll and trash bags but the guest does have to the the rest as well as their own cleaning supplies and toiletries. Although we do understand the guest point of view, especially if they have a short stay unfortunately with the low rates the owners have to compete with they just cannot supply these like hotels would do. this is the norm is the majority of vacation rentals.
