And buy some supplies to clean the all condo was super duper dirty

There are 2,3dirty towels in closet before we came. No welcome package in folder as mentioned in confirmation sheet. Therefore, I had no way to contact owner if anything I need . Floor and capet was filthy. The distance is far from the center. May be a house in this area would be better. However, the pools, water slide and lazy river is the flash for the kids :-)

A Great Time!

We had a great time. I was satisfied with the overall experience but found the price a bit steep. The resort was great but the property we stayed in was only average. The furniture was of low quality and the kitchen was cramped. The resort does not provide tube rentals for the lazy river. You must get your own (Walmart sells them for $4).
The resort is just far enough away from the city and just close enough. I found it perfect. On the down side, there is zero cell phone reception (AT&T;). On the upside, there is free Wi-Fi with full signal in the units.
When we arrived, the property was clean on first inspection but when you start looking at the small stuff, like the spare sheets and blankets in the closets, they were filthy. There was some miscellaneous trash under the beds but overall it was clean. Plenty of towels in every bathroom.
Upon finding the above mentioned discrepancies and a few maintenance issues (minor but reportable for liability) I contacted the property manager and he showed up the following morning to take care of all of it. Great job! Checking out took literally 2 minutes. -

The townhouse was a great place to stay. The only thing I would recommend is softer bedding and check out time to be 11:00 instead of 10:00am. Happy thanksgiving!

The place was great! Loved all the room in the condo. Lazy river and slide kept the kids busy for hours! Pool was small but ok. Sand volleyball was good fun. Only negatives: Hotel should provide inner tubes for use on the lazy river. Need more kitchen
amenities in the pot holders, non stick frying pans, etc. Need internet in the condo although we discovered nearly too late that there was free internet up at the pool area which was a life saver. Overall, very happy with the facility. A great price. -

I was very disappointed that there was little to no toilet paper upon arrival. I know it my responsibilty to replace.
Also what good does it to have a dishwasher with no soap even available in store. Front Door needs fixed won't stay closed.
