Cloud Nine Villa - The Finest Villa In The Disney Area

We know that there are many villas to choose from in the Disney area and we wanted to make sure that ours was head and shoulders above the rest – the finest villa in the Disney area. Therefore, the house is extremely luxurious and very highly specified throughout.

No expense has been spared in decorating the house to 5* standards. The house is truly a home away from home, having everything a group of any size would possibly need for a vacation in the sun.

The custom made sofas and plenty of cushions in the Family area are ideal for relaxing. Combined with a stat...e-of-the-art entertainment system this area will be the focus of everyone’s vacation.

A custom made kitchen has been fitted to the house. Featuring tall shaker style cabinets and Corian counter tops, no expense has being spared to make the kitchen everything expected from a high class luxury villa.

The games room is equipped with a pool table / air hockey table and also contains all of the outdoor games equipment including bicycles, golf clubs and tennis set for use on the communal courts.

The lounge is a retreat from the rest of the house. It is furnished with luxurious sofas and matching coffee tables, this area is perfect for evening drinks or peaceful conversations.

Ideal for formal dining occasions or for meals with the entire family, the dining room has large a dining table with matching chairs. A 5 light chandelier is featured to finish off the elegant feel to this lavishly appointed dining area.

As is be expected of a home of this quality, the Master Bedroom is furnished to the highest standard with a sumptuous wood and iron four poster king size bed. There is a large TV with full cable access and DVD player.

There are four further bedrooms, a queen with ensuite, a king and two twins. All bedrooms are furnished to 5 star standards and all have a TV with full cable access as well as a DVD player.

The pool at Cloud Nine Villa is undoubtedly one of the best you will find in a vacation home. The large freeform design is complemented by a rock boundary with planter which in addition to providing privacy, is beautifully lit at night. A grotto waterfall with seating behind, a large elevated spa with waterfall and a shallow beach area with bubbler provide enormous amounts of entertainment.

The latest in heating and filtering technology has also been installed with the heat coming from the bottom of the pool to provide a consistent and pleasant temperature throughout and a saltwater cleaning system providing clean water with no chemicals that need washing off after you have been in the pool!

The deck has been extended and extra sun loungers and chairs provided for your comfort. An awning has also been installed to provide shade when required across the entire width of the house. The pool at Cloud Nine Villa is an absolute delight to behold and is certain to provide an huge amount of pleasure and entertainment for every guest, young or old!

We know that most people visit the Orlando area with the theme parks in mind, however, we wanted Cloud Nine Villa to be a haven to return to after a busy day, a holiday destination in itself.Read more

  We had a wonderful time on our vacation. The villa had everything you could want and then some. It is close enough to the area attractions, yet far enough as not to feel like you're trapped in a major tourist spot. The management team was top notch.   The whole family, all nine of us, had a holiday of a lifetime at Cloud Nine Villa.
  The villa was every bit as good, if not better, than the pictures show. There is everything included to make you feel that you are living in a 5 star hotel.
  The only down side to this villa is it will spoil you for every going anywhere else.

  We've had a good service before we got into Cloude Nine, it was very easy with the guidance we had on the phone.
  Cloud Nice was even more beautiful then the pictures did assume.
  The location and amentities were close and central.
  We liked the pool the best and if you could speak of the least (we can't) than we'll say that a porch would be very welcome so you still can sit outside unless it is raining.

  We had a lovely time staying at your villa, it was wonderful. Every area was well equiped with everything we needed and more. The furnishings were top standard throughout and was comfortable. We absolutly loved the pool area and it provided many hours of fun and relaxation. We were only sorry that we had to leave, but we will definately return, and have already recommended your villa to friends.

  An absolutely fantastic villa,Alex and Elisabeth have thought of everything. The pool and pool deck was the icing on the cake, large enough to accomodate 9 of us with ease. A truly professional service from the first contact by you to the villa property management company and had only been home 24 hours and my security deposit was refunded.   Just What We Needed; A Piece of Paradise

  We fully appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the privacy of the villa pool with the pine trees and golf greens ensconced by the Floridian sunsets.
  The pool and area views are unsurpassed. I particularly liked the
  comfortable ambience and furnishings of the home nestled in Highlands Reserve. I was quite torn between admiring the size of the master en suite tub or the pool! Our daughter further enjoyed the play station amenities and learning how to play billiards, or sinking some "battleships". I loved that this vacation villa was so well equipped with towels and all the trappings of home. The management company is very professional & attentive; pleasant to work with as is in keeping with the owners. With a catalogue of fond memories to come home with and such wonderful lodging, a reprise is in the future...
