Our home is located in a gated community just off of Rt. 545, 1.1 miles east of I-4 exit 58. As the map on our personal website shows, our home is only minutes from the Disney World theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet-n-Wild, Busch Gardens and all the Central Florida attractions. 50 minutes to the east is Cape Canaveral as well as Daytona Beach and 60 minutes to the west is Tampa. Our home is within minutes of many golf courses including Champion's Gate, Highlands Reserve Golf, Walt Disney World Golf, Marriott Orlando World Golf Club and Orange Lake Country Club. Don't forget baseball spring training for all those baseball fans. The training complexes of the Braves, Indians, Tigers and Astros are within twenty minutes or less. Other activities in the area include fishing, boating, swimming and sight seeing.

Awesome location and awesome neighbourhood! Slight issues with the pool but the owners were quick to remedy: ask about any pool issues beforehand. Pool heating not necessary in our opinion if temp is a low of 60 and high of 80 but to each his own..if we did it again, we would save our money and not heat the pool. Beds in our opinion need a definite update; owners were made aware and I am certain they will take this to heart so check before you rent. Sleep comfort is a big thing for us but we don;t need feather duvets and pillow top mattresses; we just need something softer than "pressboard". All in all, the owners take care of their guests: no question of that! and this is just as important as the home itself especially if you need to rectify issues! Consider renting if you approve of the accomodations!

The house was perfect for our large family. Great place to stay when visiting Disney. The pool was wonderful for when the parents needed down time! The community felt safe and was extremely conveniently located. Owners were very easy to deal with during and after the stay. Great value for the price! We would definitely rent this home again.
