Unit I rented was not the one I was given. Was offered to move but by the time that happened we had unpacked. Was not worth the effort. Property Management was not sure why we were given the wrong unit. Manager who rented it to us was on vacation so was never told and nothing else was resolved. Location was also to far from everything.

My family and I took our first vacation to Florida and stayed at the Regal Palms Resort. We had a great time, the kids LOVED the pool! Our home was clean and very nice. We were not far from Disney, local Restaurants and Stores. I would highly recommend this resort to others. We will definitely be back!

Everything went extremely well. Property was great. Pool area was very nice. The only bump was at check in. I paid the resort fee with my debit card and filled out some more paperwork. We were early so we told the clerk we would go to the beach and come back later in the evening. She said she could keep all the paperwork and we would not have to leave them in the car. I thought that was very considerate. Here is the problem. Later that evening I went to pay for an item I wanted to purchase and I could not find my debit card. I called home to have my husband call the bank and cancel my debit card. In the meantime, my son and daughter in law started calling all of the places we had stopped to see if I might have lost it in one of those places. After a very lengthy hold and one hang up I was able to locate my debit card. It was at the front desk in an envelope with all of the paperwork that I had filled out at check in. I just have to wonder why with all the personal information that I left with the clerk, why I was not notified by someone that my debit card was in your possession. It would have saved a lot of frantic searching.

Haarlem, The NetherlandsNot bad - important we enjoyed!

As you can see at the pictures, the house looks reasonable.
Upon arrival at the front door, we saw that the carpet was not cleaned properly and was full of human hair.
Of course we inspected the house and it appears reasonable. Ground floor is perfect.
In the kitchen there was not much-needed equipment available (such as can ‘opener’); so the kitchen is on the thin side. Also they do not used kitchen towels. They have just one hand towel available for us. Also we found a dirty frying pan; this we have to clean this self. Previous guests were not clean the frying pan, so I had to do itself. So we have this very neat left clean!
The downstairs bedroom: the ceiling fan props are not wiped and are full of dust.
There was quite a lot of dust. We had passed it by mail and have it fixed the next day.
Service is excellent!
Upper bedrooms are also reasonable. Linen is also a bit on the thin side. Towels also: 1 towel per person upon arrival. If you needed a clean towel, you have to wash your own towel used. This is for people, who have to stay abroad in Regal Palms, not practical. Also for people from Europe is not practical, because they don’t bring any hand- or tea towels with them.
Pretty bad was that on the balcony we cannot sit – they are no seats/chair available for us.
Environment is quite peaceful place to relax.
We did not see the activity at Regal Palms because the reception had not informed us. This is quite a pity!
Pool area looks reasonable. Is also not on the clean side. We did not use this much.
At Bamboo Tiki Bar, we had our lunch and we had to wait so long, about 1.5 hours; waiting for so long is very customer unfriendly.
For the next time we want to return but we will have to plan it better!
We have also not received welcome present!!
Recommendations:
Keep bags or suitcases closed because there are cockroaches in the house!
Publix has delicious fresh baguettes every morning.
Bamboo Wok (Chinese takeaway) is inexpensive and quite tasty.
To pin at Pixie wall is the transaction costs negligible ($ 1.50)! -

I actually rented two homes for our group of 13, the homes were quite nice and were both clean. One home had a problem with the door lock and it was not fixed til the next day which was not good because the door would not lock. The other homes dryer did
not work but was also fixed the next day. The pool and lazy river were nice and the kids really enjoyed the water slide. We definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. -
