The home comes with full kitchen facilities, One king and 2 Full bedrooms. Premium Plus Model.Regal Palms resort is an ideal place to stay for a great value family holiday.This particular home comes with 34 Bedrooms - 1 King Master en-suite, 2 Full sharing a bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the lounge has a TV and DVD player. Our vacation was very enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the pool and the lazy river. The unit was pretty minimal although it really did have everything we needed. I did see a few insects which made me a bit
uncomfortable but not enough to complain about. The washer and dryer were an added plus even though they were small units. We found the staff at the resort were very helpful. The locaton was excellent if you are interested in the Disney theme. We were fortunate enough to bring our dog and found a wonderful park nearby for her to get her exercise. -

We were on vacation with our kids,they had a great time.The house is a little distance from the pool but on the upside it was very quiet where it was only complaint was when we arrived our reservation was not in the system yet but the problem was resolved pretty quickly. I feel that there should be at least one backup roll of toilet paper,a starter kit for the washing machine and dishwasher if you are requesting the renters to start a load upon departure.Theese are just sugestions,overall we had a great stay,the kids loved the amenities,very close to the parks and we built memories that will have forever.Thank You,we will see you again

We initially booked our rental through HomeAway and then it appears that Resorts in Florida actually did the booking for this rental. When we arrived, our reservation was no where to be found. Luckily the front desk manager was very accommodating and let us enter our rental since we had all the paper work and two screaming young ones after a long day of traveling. When we arrived at our rental, it was on a completely different street much further from where we had booked, there wasn't a queen bed in the third room as stated, so my wife and I got stuck on a full, and the pictures weren't of the same place we saw as the layout was completely different. There were also ants everywhere and the peep hole in the front door didn't have anything in it, so mosquitoes could come and go through it. Also, keep in mind that it takes about 25 minutes to the parking lot of the Magic Kingdom as it said 10 minutes when we booked. The one great thing about this place was the resort pool area. You're kids will love the lazy river! Please note there is a resort fee of $10/day for this.

You charged me to clean up after my pet, but the carpet and the sofa look like they have never been cleaned. I left early due to the dirtiness.
