-New laminate wood floors in Living and Dining room, wood up the stairs(new 2010)
-Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first floor has a queen-size bed, cable TV and a shared full bath. The other is upstairs and offers flat screen cable TV , a king-size bed, and a large soaking tub in the bathroom.

Property was close 15 minutes from Disney attractions. House was great with wireless so I could be connected with the office and plenty of room for the kids. Pools could have been better but was okay after a long hot day at the parks. Kids were happy with them. Would stay there again!

We had a great time. The amenities were awesome & the pool area was even better than we thought. However, we were not aware of the parking situation. It may be beneficial to let evryone know that there are only 2 parking spaces per unit.

This condo exceeded our expectations for the price. The location is excellent, furnishings are perfect(simple, but tasteful and a relaxed atmosphere). The kitchen could use some new cookware, but what is there worked for the week we stayed. The beds were comfortable and the unit was in good shape. The layout is great and it is a short walk to the pool and clubhouse. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a WalMart just down the road. Sea World and Universal are a 20 minute drive, so location was perfect for us.
The bad part is that as great as this unit is the resort is lacking. We were there at spring break, a busy time, and check in was a nightmare, the line was out the door and around the corner. The pool was packed and people "saved" chairs (witnessed one woman save 15 chairs and then leave, they returned 2 hours later) so if your weren't there by 10am you didn't get a chair and there are only 2 small grass areas to sit if you don't get a chair. The poolside bar/food service is very slow as there is one waitress for the entire area. You are not allowed to bring any drinks or snacks of your own to the pool area. If you have visions of having a cocktail delivered while lounging then set your expectations very low, stick to beer or a bottled drinks as their mixed drinks are very weak. Price wise this is a great place just keep your expectations of the Regal Palms services and staff at a very low level. If you do that you won't be disappointed.
