Four double bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome with full use of Regal Palms Resort facilities including a 2.5 acre tropical swimming pool complex with waterslide, lazy river, 2 heated pools, hot spa and extensive sun decks, together with a tikki bar. The clubhouse features a restaurant and bar with large screen TV's and a games room. Adjacent to the clubhouse is a fitness centre which includes gymnasium, sauna and beauty salon. There is also an adjacent sports lounge. Wi-Fi internet access is available within the recreational area. Excellent location, excellent facilities, excellent house!
The facilities were always clean and safe with the children making lots of friends by the pool. Plenty of sun beds and space so no need to wake up at the crack of dawn
Location is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to travel around Orlando, just a short drive to all the water and theme parks as well as a wide variety of restaurants and bars.
The house was spacious with all the facilities one required and thankfully excellent air conditioning!
Exceptional value for money! Will definitely be going back soon. -

Left on 06/30/2011 for a stay in December 2009
The individual property was well maintained and very spacious. Master on first floor which gave us privacy/seperation from adult children and their children as togetherness 24 hours a day is not practical. The grounds were lovely with the pool easily accessible and so much fun for the grandchildren. This property made our vacation. Not too far from Disney but far enough to avoid the crowds. Will rent there again!
