This Villa offers an EXCLUSIVE GOLF MEMBERSHIP at Highlands Reserve Golf Club (being one of the few villas signed up for a Golf Villa Membership Program). This means that all registered guests can play golf at Highlands Reserve for the minimal member fee of $22 pp including tax per round, no matter the season!

IMPORTANT: All rates are inclusive of Sales Tax 7% and Tourist Tax 5%/.
All rates are inclusive of final cleaning, linen and pool towels.
Minimum period is 7 nights or 14 nights for renting over Christmas or Easter.
25% deposit is required when booking. This is non-refundable.
The balance is required 2 months before your arrival .
You can pay direct into our USD bank account or we accept Credit Card Payments.
Pay in your own currency. Visa & Mastercard are accepted for USD, GBP, Euro and CAD.
We charge a 5% fee to take a credit card.
A ‘security deposit’ of USD$ 500 GBP 340 must also be paid with the final instalment. This is refundable, and will be returned in full if there is no MAJOR damage to the villa.

We had a the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for a week's vacation, The house is second to none is a great size and centrally located to everything we needed. Shopping, Amusement parks, Golf, Grocery stores. Anna and Bryan (the Owners) are amazing and were a pleasure to deal with. We had 12 people stay in the house and all were very comfortable, sleeping eating and lounging around the pool there was room for everybody. The golf course the house is on (Highlands Reserves) is a great course to play, not the most difficult around which makes it a lot of fun. The house and pool area were very clean, I would strongly recommend this property to friends and family looking for a great vacation spot in Florida.

Just completed our stay ( 6 adults and 5 kids). Asked all how I should complete this and it was a solid hit.
Golf was great too. Got times when we wanted to play in March.
Communication with owner was excellent and onsite management was good too.
Understand a new 60" TV is coming for the great room off the kitchen... that will complete the package. -

First of all, dealing with anna and Bryan was an absolute pleasure. The flow of information and their willingness to accommodate any request we made ensured our stay was as perfect as we had hoped. The villa itself is beautiful and is equipped with everything to keep the whole family happy. The master bedroom in particular was stunning. With the villa being situated on Highlands Reserve and having the golf Rental advantage membership, we managed to get in six rounds of golf in, all free!!!
There are hundreds of villas to choose from when booking a holiday to Orlando but I wouldn't have any doubt in reccommending Sterling on Highlands. -

Wow what a place to stay. There was 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids) and we only used half of the house for the 2 weeks that we were here... Pool was great, the bedrooms fantastic, everything you could possibly wish for on a Disney trip. It was so peaceful as well, not overlooked and the outside Patio area is huge.. Great location, lots of restaurants, supermarkets nearby, and 30mins drive (incl traffic) from most of the Parks. The Disney themed rooms were also great..
Anna was so helpful and it was lovely to meet her and Brian at the end of our stay. Couldn't recommend it more..

We stayed in the Villa in July and it was excellent. The house had everything that we needed. The pictures shown acurately depict the home. The spece was perfect and most comfortable. Chris the manager was on hand to assist with an initial issue and on call whenever we needed her. We have already started planning next year's stay!

We had the bad luck of arriving during a small hurricane, but with all the amenities of the house we still had a wonderful time. The pool was awesome in the rain. The game room was so fun for everyone. Had a few tournaments in there.Enough tv's for everyone to be happy. We did have two and a half good days for golf, universal studios and gatorland! The golf course was beautiful and even the rental clubs were nice. Would definintely come back and pray for better weather next time.

From the inital contact with the owner we were confident that we had selected the right villa to suit our needs. The information provided was first class and all our questions were answered promptly. We had problems with our flights and dates but these were accommodated by the owner.
The villa was very spacious and provided all the facilities to make our holiday a success. The heated pool was wonderful and all the sports equipment and entertainment facilities were well used by all the family. The free golf was used by 4 of the family on most days and we walked the course on a number of occasions in the evening which also avoided the need to pay for a buggies.
We have stayed at Highlands Reserve on a number of occasions and we like the location which gives us easy access to golf, shopping and the Theme Parks. The location also gives easy access to the Publix supermarket and local bars and restaurants.
The villa gave us the flexibility we needed for the three generations of our family and we would return again in the near future for our annual family holiday in the sun. -

We stayed at this lovely villa last week. It is a wonderful place to vacation. Location is great. Golf (at $20'per person per round) was a real bargain. The pool and everything in the home are very well tended. The owners are fantastic to work with. Seriously, I cannot recommend this rental highly enough. We plan to return next year.

We visited Orlando/Disney for Thanksgiving with our family. We now have 14 in our family and wanted a large house near Disney and a golf course. Well, we found it all at Sterling on Highlands... right on the golf course and a short drive to Disney.
We loved taking a break from the park and relaxing in the heated pool and spa...then going back in the evening for fireworks. The owners have purchased a golf membership for the course which gives players a great rate.
The house is very spacious,beautifully decorated, great Tv's, and a well equipped kitchen for your dinners in. Grocery store, beverage store, and restaurants right out the back entrance. We have already recommended to friends visiting Disney.
