The home is a 4 bed Front Line Detached Villa on Ridgewood Lakes Golf and Country Club which is a featured Premier Collection development.
The home is South West facing and has views over the lake and the golf course, a 30 ft pool and spa with a Waterslide for the kids.
It has a large master bedroom and ensuite, 2 double bedrooms and a twin room, a lounge and a separate family room with a 60” TV and is around 10 mins to Disney.

Our extended family of 8 stayed in this house over the Easter holiday, and have a fantastic experience. The kids enjoyed the pool and game rooms, while the adults enjoyed the fully furnished large living space, which is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando, but close enough to make a couple 1/2 hour trips to International Drive to be tourists. We enjoyed a couple rounds of golf. It's not augusta, but it seems to be well maintained. We also utilized the tennis courts(bring rackets). This stay alone has made me a believer in looking to rent houses for vacations rather than staying in hotels whenever possible.

We had looked for an accomodation near Disney in Florida for the whole family (parents,three kids). Fortunately we found this home with lots of space and a proper sized pool. Everything that we needed was there: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumbler, wifi, several tv sets.The kids liked it, we liked it: great! We certainly will rent this home again when coming to the Orlando area.

The house was lovely and had everything you need for a vacation in Florida. Travelling from the UK, it's always good to have clothes washing facilities available so you don't have to bring too many clothes leaving room for shopping to take home. We travelled with 2 teenagers, a 12 year old, a 9 year old ad my Father and everyone found lots to do at the house. The pool was a great size and they all loved the slide into the pool. The games room in the garage was a God send and everyone had fun playing with the air hockey, table football and pool table. For me the only 2 things that were not top for me were the cleanliness of the carpets in the otherwise very clean house and it's location to facilities. The carpets throughout the house were in some places very badly stained and this detracted somewhat from the house itself. There were a couple of the blind slats missing in the lounge area, again which just made it look a little tired. This didn't stop us enjoying the house but I think it just takes away a bit of the magic.There is a supermarket and a pizza shop ( which is amazing value and the food was great) a 10 minute drive away. There were a couple of food places just past this but as we were used to staying ust off the 192 in previous visits we just felt a little isolated. The journey to the themeparks was again a little further than we are used to but as an overall property it was lovely. The bedrooms were all lovely size and had plenty of storage space available. This gated community site is lovely although it was a pain having to stop everytime you came back in so they guards could check your paperwork (we were called the wrong nae for the whole time we were there even though the man that checked us in wrotw the correct name on the paperwork - he couldn't then read his own writing!!). It was lovelt to have the children in the area come knocking the door on Hallowween which obviously proves how safe the area is.

The home is right on the golf course and a small pond, in which I managed to catch a nice largemouth bass while golf balls flew over my head. The kids loved the pool table and air hockey table in the garage. The kids spent hours in the pool.

Everything was fine during our stay in Ridgewood Lakes. The "paper work" to rent and pay the house was absolutely easy. Everything we need was available in the house. It's only a 20-25 minutes drive to Universal studio and Disney and very easy to find. It is very quite and a secure location. If you like to play Golf you will enjoy this home because it is in the middle of a Golf course.

Excellent Rental home, apart from minor signs of wear and tear, this a very nice house, clean and fully stocked with all appliances you might need including a 60 inch TV with full cable package and wireless internet and a nice water slide for the kids by the pool.
This is the second time I have rented a house from this company, and I highly recomend them, very nice people and excellent service for the customer, next time I am going to Orlando, I will use them again. -

The home was lovely,clean and comfortable,my family and i have stayed in orlando homes many times and i have to say the view was one of the nicest,the beds were also so comfortable which is very important when you have long days in the parks,my children also said their beds were very comfy and the best part for the kids was the slide which was why i booked this home in the first place and im so glad i did,the kids loved it,the flat screen tvs in all the rooms were an added bonus i will definatly be back again and look forward to dealing with paul and jill again,they made the whole booking process so easy.

A good villa in a good location(right by highway4), ridge wood lakes is a lovely community, very peaceful! Slide for pool is an excellent advantage! The owners in the u.k. We're helpful and friendly, as I spoke to them on numerous occasions, as this was the first time that we had booked a villa direct and not through a holiday company. Would definately do it again! The only negative point is, the villa could of been cleaner on arrival (which is down to the cleaning company and not the owners)! And also the pool was quite badly stained and so were the carpets in the villa. But all in all had a fantastic holiday, can't wait to do it again.

Thanks for the constructive feedback - i have mentioned the cleanliness issue with the cleaning company but in all fairness this is the first cleanliness complaint we have had in 11 years in the home. The light stain on the walls of the pool is a reaction from the copper in the pool heater which you cant really get away from. Again this has never been mentioned before as it is so light and in no way affects guests enjoyment in the pool. if anybody wants current pool pictures then feel free to request these from us.

Ridgewood lakes was one of the most beautiful places I have visited in Florida.
The house itself met all our needs. There were 9 of us in total (incl. 2 children)and house was great for all of us. The pool area was brilliant for all of us.

The booking and instructions in getting to the house were pretty straightforward and the house itself is of a high quality. The only two problems I encountered were firstly not able to work the TV and the remote contol (for the kids) and there not being any instructions. Fair play, Paul did ring me to try and sort things out and eventually it was but I shouldn't be spending time on the phone on a holiday trying to find out how things work. All the information should be at hand in the house. The other minor problem was that there was no instructions how to use the pool jacuzzi. Again this was sorted by a telephone call to his agent but again its lack of instructions/information.
I always like to read a "Guest Comments" book as well where you can obtain lots of information about the area, eg good places to eat etc. Just an idea for your future guests.

Fair comment on TV remote - we have now placed instructions in the home for future guests. Not really sure what more we can with spa though - there is a control box in pool area which has a few buttons in for the pool light and for the spa. i suppose we could put labels on the buttons but this is the first time anybody has mentioned this. I will be at the home from 25th May and will look into what could possibly be done to make this more straight forward. Glad to see the management team responded quickly to your issues

We stayed there for 4 nights over Christmas. Had 4 bedrooms and a decent sized pool. The grounds were well kept, even has a nice view of golf course. Location jad easy access to Disney and shopping was close by. Gaited community made us feel safe.

We received great service from the initial booking through to the actual holiday. Reassurance was given when we asked a couple of simple questions as we had not travelled to the us before; the home was perfect and when we had a couple of queries on arrival we were helped immediately. The location is lovely and quiet; I think local residents thought we were unusual taking a walk around the area! We loved the pool the best at the property, the friendliness of the Floridians and the whole experience. We all wish we were back there now ...

The service from the owners is exceptional and they have carefully chosen this property for its location and links with easy access to the attractions and within 2 hours of the Gulf Coast.
We couldn't have wished for better holidays and have re-visited several times, the children, even in their late teens want to return and recapture the magic! -

went with two other couples the lad's enjoyed playing golf at the attached golf course which was a stone throw from the villa whilst the girls spent the time in the large swiming pool and toping their tan's up.
it was also well situated for the local attractions like disney world\universal and others
i would stay again.

Fantastic villa with plenty of space for all the family.Lovely swimming pool with great surroundings.Nice views of the golf course, location within easy reach of all attractions.Management telephone numbers available for services"which we did not need".Overall a great place to stay for families of all ages and would recommend to all.

Would throughly recommend a visit to this property. Location is well situated as in good residential area and accessible to all major attractions and shops etc.
