This house in Davenport was the perfect vacation home for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 young kids) plus grandparents. The furnishings were beautiful and very high quality. The house is arranged well so that there are plenty of spaces for togetherness yet plenty of space to also retreat from the pack for more quiet and privacy. The pool area was a favorite feature. The kids loved having pool toys available and the adults appreciated the privacy and extra large outdoor table with plenty of space poolside to follow the sun. We also enjoyed having a large game room. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely and just far enough away from Disney for us to chill and recover, yet close enough to go back again each day. We enjoyed having a large pantry and prepared many of our meals in the comfortable kitchen. There are nice grocery stores and food establishments nearby as well. Extra perks included having a computer with printer available, as well as XboxKnect, and us parents appreciated the safety feature on the door alerting us when kids entered the pool area. We will definitely recommend this home to our friends and are hoping to make a return visit at some point in the future. Our return visit was again, very good. The house has everything that we require from a holiday home. It suits all our family requirements. We, especially, love the covered pool decking area, where we spend a lot of time just reading our books and having our meals. We all had a great time and would most definitely book another visit.

This house was perfect for our family Disney vacation. It was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. It was even nicer than it looked in the pictures. The house is an easy 20 minute drive to the Disney parks and in a nice area with a nice grocery store nearby. I am very picky about where I stay when I travel and this house was very nice, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

The home was wonderful, everything we could possibly need was catered for. The pool and decking area was large and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the covered lanai which, even when raining, allowed us to sit outside and read our books to our hearts content.
Access to the internet was crucial for us I Pad users and the computer and printer came in very handy for the online booking for the flight home.
The house was quiet and in the evening was surrounded by the smell of night jasmine which was quite intoxicating.
The bedrooms were very nicely furnished and my daughter used the upstairs bedroom with the queen sized bed, which she called the Princess Towers as it had its own flight of stairs and its own ensuite.
The Management Company were excellent and certainly quick to respond to our needs.
The best house, by far, that we have stayed in, in Florida.
We will certainly be booking again as soon as is possible, we just did not want to come home as the house had afforded us the benefit of relaxation, peace and quiet which is what we definitely needed. -
