Electric Pool/Spa Combo Heat per day: $35.00 US or $245 US weekly Recommended (October to April months) NOTE: Pool heater may not work effectively if temperature drops below 55 degrees, pool heater is still using electricity, so no refund will be given.
We require a Booking Deposit of $200 US to confirm a booking and secure your specific days (non-refundable). The deposit will be deducted from total balance. Full Balance needs to be paid, 8 weeks (60 days) before vacation dates.
We require a Security Damage Deposit Fee of $250 US This will be returned after check-out and no damages or issues have occurred.
