Stay in a beautiful Executive four bedroom home with a large private landscaped pool.

Our four bedroom, vacation home is conveniently located in, Davenport, Orlando Area, at just 15 in from Disney. We have a beautiful games room with a pool table, air hockey,babyfoot and poker table. We also have themes room of Mickey Mouse and Rapunzel, your childrens will loves it! The house is perfect for your vacation in Orlando, up to ten persons.

Our air conditioned, fully furnished home offers one King-size Master Suite with a spacious shower, and a private bathroom. The two themes room, with bunk bed of twin and full bed. And the las...t room is a full bed. All with a shared full bathroom. We have also a bathroom outside close to the pool with a shower. we have private TV in each adult room, and one in the living room.

Spacious open dining floor plan offers additional space for family gathering with the kitchen island. The fully-equipped kitchen offers everythings that you need to cook for your family!

They have a big living room to relax after a day at Disney!

We also have a computer place available for you with a printer if you need to print your ticket. Wi-fi is available too.

Private swimming pool with deck tables and chairs plus chaise lounges for your relaxation and enjoyment by the pool. They have also a BBQ (propane). The popane gaz is at your charge. Extra cost for the heating pool.

We have phone with free cal in all the US-CANADA and over 60 countries! We have cable with over 160 station. 2 DVD Players

No Pets - No Smoking

Additional Items such as: Baby Crib, High Chair. stroller, booster seat. i have also children toys.

We are very well located in the community, just beside the children payground, the volleyball court is behind and the tennis court, basketball court with community pool a few step away. I have all the accessories you need to play all of that.

We have a management company they take care of the house, if you have any problem they can help you immediatly. They speak French and English.

Activities (on site or nearby): Golf, Tennis, Basketball, Fitness Center, Gym, Shuffleboard, Miniature Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Horseback Riding, Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Swimming, Jet-skiing... You are just minutes away from all the major area attractions such as WDW 4 theme parks, Legoland, Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet and Wild, and just a 45 mins drive from Tampa's Busch Gardens.......If you want to go to the beach, you are at 1h15 of drive from the beautiful beach of Clearwater.   Comfortable and very close to the Disney site. It doesn't worth to buy a package in Hotel on the site. This is cheaper and much much better. Go see the Web site!

  My family and friends spent a great time in the house. We were 2 families with kids. We enjoyed the house amenities, it accomplished all the promises and more! Take a relax in the pool at night after the parks is the best! The owner helped us during the rental and payment process. I strongly recommend it!

  when we come in the house it's like our house. not to far of parks or shopping, a lot of activities around the house(pool tennis) and grocery at 5 min. I recommend this house for a good time with your family

  We stayed in this home for a week in December 2012. Our initial enquiries regarding availability, price etc.. were met with rapid responses from the owner herself, not an agent! The home itself was spotlessly clean, very spacious and beautifully decorated! We especially liked the large TV and the live "Premier league channels", which made us feel at home! This is a great house in an ideal location for all the attractions, and there is a local publix supermarket not 5 minutes drive away.

  Hi, We were a Family 3 adults, 2 kids (7 and 3 years old) and a baby. The house is pretty Nice, very clean and convenient. She is clause to the parks (Disney's, Sea world, Lego). The average is really 15mn driving. You have a lot of shops at max. 2 minutes driving ( Publix, Target etc...).
  If you want not spend all your time in the Parks you can make your jogging in the residence, use the pool in the house or the pool of the residence, you have also a tennis, basket ball, Beach Volley and a Playground. For the TV, no fight between the kids for the conquest of the remote control you have 3 TVs.
  I recommend this House. The owner is gentle and always ready to help to organise your vacation.

  My family and I came to florida for our vacation. We chose this beautiful vacation home to reside in, it was close to shoping,restaurants 15 minutes from disney and universal studio it also hade access to a park for the children. My family really enjoyed the man cave which had games inside. We enjoyed the outside volley ball court which is right behind the house. Over all I will be vacating again in florida and I will sure be renting again
