Hampton Lakes is a very prestigious and quiet residential community surrounded by orange/ citrus groves. Orlando International Airport and downtown Orlando are both within 30 minutes easy drive. Hampton Lakes also has a recreational area, which includes tennis, volleyball, children’s play area, picnic area and swimming pool.There are a number of small, good quality family restaurants along Highway 192, if you require a wider variety of food, then a ride to downtown Kissimmee is a must. We loved the vacation home. It had great amenities; pool, full equipped kitchen, flat screen Tv's in every bedroom & living room, washer & dryer, etc. The home was in good, well-maintained condition. Check-in and check-out was easy and not time consuming. In all a Fantastic Experience !!

We stayed on Lockbreeze road, when renting a villa through advantage Vacation Homes and were very impressed with both the standard of the accommodation, the service and location. In particular, we liked the easy out of hours check-in service which suited our needs. The instructions and directions were ever present, via email and post, and very easy to use. The staff at the office were exceptional, and even went the extra mile to arrange a champagne surprise for my partner on arrival.
The only criticism we had was that the bed was mildly uncomfortable, but I concede that this may just be personal preference.
Very happy, will request same villa and same service, should we visit the area again.
