Our vacation home is a located 8 miles from Disney in the Bass Lake Resort. It is a 4 bedroom/2 bath home with all new furnishings. Our home is professionally managed, maintained, and cleaned. The home is situated in a safe gated community with access to a clubhouse, 2 pools and a hot-tub, and exclusive access to Bass Lake stocked with plenty of fish. The community club house has a fitness room and pool tables. We are next door to public tennis courts, playground area, basketball courts, and golf.

This home is located in a gated community resort only 8 miles from Disney. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood just minutes from ALL local theme parks and attractions. There are also MANY shops and restaurants on 192 and Highway 27 in immediate proximity to our home. The community is welcoming and safe. There is private lake access and ponds on the property. The resort has 2 pools and a jacuzzi along with shuffleboard and horseshoes. The community consists of individual single family homes to ensure privacy. Our home has an attached 2 car garage for easy parking. The resort is located next to a brand new park with tennis courts, racquetball courts, a large playground, and basketball courts. The home is also down the road from a reasonably priced public golf course.

  Bass Lake Development is really nice with plenty of fishing area, picnic tables & BBQ grills.
  This rental house needs attention by the owner.
  Upon entry we find a kitchen cabinet door is missing, call management and their response "you won't be charged for it, we're aware of it". Dust on the refrigerator top shows the lack of proper cleaning for weeks. Living room ceiling fan is non functional both fan and lights. The furniture in this house is basic mix & match but not even yard sale quality. The beds will keep everyone awake since they all make loud noises when someone moves. Under the beds is dirt, dust and thankfully deceased bugs. The master bath door trim is getting dark from hand prints that were not cleaned but wiped with a damp cloth at best. Master bedroom wall corner at the ceiling has large cob-dust webs.
  Whoever is paid to clean, I'm only guessing that someone actually is, they do not clean properly.
  We arrived Saturday night and notified mgmt Sunday morning that we were not staying and why. We were charged two nights rental because she had expenses
