Thousand Oaks is located just 2 miles from I-4, exit number 58/ChampionsGate exit.
The home is just 6 miles to Disney, 20 minutes to SeaWorld and Universal Parks and just 40 minutes to the new LEGOLAND Florida (opening October 2011). Within 4 miles of the home there are 2 grocery stores, chinese take out, pizza shops, hair salons, etc. There is also Posner Park - located at exit 55 off I-4 and you will find Target, JC Penny, Best Buy, and a Dollar Store just to name a few.
