We do not take a Security Deposit. We find that renters would rather not give a large sum of money and then wonder if and when their deposit will be returned to them. Instead, we participate with an Insurance Plan that protects both the renter and the owner. If something were to break or be damaged during your stay, you don't have to worry about how much it would cost to repair the problem. With the Travel Guard Damage Liability Insurance Plan, your vacation is worry free as accidental damages are completely covered. The fee for the Insurance is $45.00. This fee of $45 for the Damage Liability Insurance Plan will be applied to all bookings and is non-refundable. We will be happy to supply you with the insurance declaration page.
