With 2 stories, and over 2400 sq ft, a Lanai and pool/spa area, there is plenty of room so everyone can have their own privacy. This is the largest floor plan in the neighborhood. All four bedrooms are upstairs and have privacy. Looking out of the bedroom windows - you can see the Disney Fireworks! We have updated everything with your comfort in mind. Was very unhappy with the pool not being heated and no one said any thing to us about it or that we had to pay to turn it on. We were looking forward to swimming,are kids were very upset. Summer was very good to deal with but Angel did not always get back to us.
