Welcome to Davenport Lakes, a quaint seclued neighborhood within 15 minutes to Disney. This wonderful three bedroom, two bath home with yourfamily in mind. It is good to know that you can take a dip in the pool to recharge after a long day at the attractions. Their are supermarkets, dining and great shopping just moments away. Your master suite features a en suite bathroom with walk in closet. Your family can also make use of the sleeper sofa that is there as well. We arrived at our vacation destination to find all our paperwork in order. The check-in was fast and the drive to our assigned vacation home was not very far. The home was beautifully prepared for us. Very clean and we quickly felt at home. All instructions were clear. Advantage Homes was a major factor in our family enjoying a wonderful vacation.

The house was clean and well maintained. The kids had a great time. One big minus, the water in the pool was so cold it wasn't usable. What's the use of renting a pool house that you have to pay extra to heat and use it? Close and easy to get to Disney or Universal. The traffic congestion on I4 was horrific.

Our vacation in Davenport Lakes was great! Wonderful pool area with lots of seating and privacy. The house was clean and nice with lots of dishes and other supplies. Thanks for the great rental and the great service.

We only stayed at this dump for one night as it was such a disappointment!
We arrived to two dead bugs on the kitchen floor that had been there for some time!
The patio doors were held closed by sawn off broom handles as the locks did not work!
There was an electrical socket loose in the kitchen, and another without a cover plate!
The cot was falling apart and I had to tighten it up using a knife!
the neighbourhood leaves a lot to be desired!
The kitchen tap turns 360 degrees so difficult to get hot/cold water at the correct temperature!
The front needs painting as rust is coming through around the entrance!
The front door is difficult to open and close! -

Overall experience with advantage Vacation Homes was vey good. All communications prior to and during the stay were clear. The pool home we stayed in was clean & tidy and close to all the attractions. We are already considering going back next year.

Upon our arrival their were several lights bulbs burnt in the house along with pool light being out as well. The screen in the pool area was damaged and leaves and insects were prominent in pool area. Aside from that everything was great which they included some food for us which we did not request but was very welcomed. They had the pool heat turned on which I had requested prior to our arrival. This house was very close to attractions. The house just needed a little repair but otherwise good for a rental home. We would rent again from this Management Rental Company.

I wanted to extend the checkout by half hour and the customer service lady on the phone was very rude and demanding that I had to checkout by 10 a.m. I was explaining to her that I was travelling with a 8 month infant, still no regard or respect to my request.

A pleasant, spacious, CLEAN and light home with all necessities and privacy. High level accomodation with wonderful swimmingpool. Poolcleaning every 4 days, lawnmoving weekly.
Close to supermarket, restaurants, Disney and more. Really quiet. We had a super vacation! -

This was our first time booking a vacation home online so we didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival we were very excited to enter such a wonderful spot. It was large, clean and had everything we wanted at a very good price. I would recommend it to anyone.
