When I called and told them tht the house was not handicapp acessible as promised. I was told that I would have to contact the person that booked the militaryand they hung up. very uncaring

Second stay with advantage Vacation Homes and both stays have been very nice. This home was a 4 bedroom, 2 bath located within 15 minutes of Disney resorts. Well suited for a family; comfortably accommodated the 7 in our party. Game room was a nice addition for the teens as were the 4 TVs. Time of the year did not allow us to enjoy the pool. Only drawbacks in this house were the showers and bed in the master bedroom. Guest shower didn't drain and the shower heads were cheap water savers providing a mist vice a water stream. The bed in the master bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable. Would still recommend this home and the other homes we've enjoyed in the past if going to Disney.

Upon arrival, we were very pleased! Then, as the day went on, we realized the house wasnt really "clean". My son found old food under his bed, the game room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and to top it off, the vacuum cleaner didnt even work! Customer Service was very helpful and did send a replacement vacuum pretty quick! I guess the bottom line is, the cleaning crew that takes care of this home needs to pay a little more attention to detail!

The house itself is in excellent condition and we enjoyed our private pool & gaming area. The beds were very uncomfortable though. Another downside is how far it is located from everthing around. It just seemed out of the way (our main trip reason was to go to Disney World). Next time we will stay on a resort at Disney World just for the convenience factor. Overall great place though!

Kathy Olivieri from the office was very helpful and informative with the whole process. This home was very nice for our family stay. 4 bedrooms (just know that 2 rooms did not have tv's). Nice eat in kitchen and formal dining area. Large living room with flat screen tv and family room had tv as well. Nice size master bedroom with sunken tub/separate shower in master bath. Game room in garage with several choices for entertainment. You need to know that the garage is not air conditioned so you have to time it when it is cooler outside since the garage gets very hot. Nice size pool (but the water was freezing even though it was 88 degrees out). Great location for both Disney World and Universal theme parks. Nearby grocery stores and Super Target and restaurants as well. I would stay here again.

The service was crappy, the house was not what I paid for, and the maintenance personnel never showed up! We could have been burned in the shower, but opted to take cold ones because there was no in-between! The stove top didn't work, there were roaches in the house and I am very unhappy about it! We take three weeks of vacation a year and we certainly will never come back here again!

THE HOUSE WAS CREATED NICE BUT WE HAD SOME ISSUES THE KNOB ON THE SLIDE DOOR LEADING TO THE POOL WAS HOMEMADE WITH A WOODEN PIECE THAT BROKED OFF THE DOOR. THE POOL WASN'T CLEAN WE ARRIVED ON JUNE 19TH WICH WAS ON A SATURDAY, WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO COME AND CLEAN THE POOL, THE POOL DID NOT GET CLEAN UNTIL WEDNESDAY, THEY HAVE A FLOWER BIN IN THE POOL AREA WAS NOT KEPT UP HAD A BUNCH OF WEEDS COMING UP.

Great vacation home for attractions in the Orlando area...

My family and I stayed at this vacation home during our Disney World vacation in May 2008. The location was very convenient as it was not far from the Disney World theme parks and had close-by shopping and dining. The home was very clean and alot bigger than what I expected. It was definately more comfortable than what we would have gotten for the same money at any hotel. There was enough space for the kids to play and not be so confined as they would have been in a hotel. The pool provided lots of enjoyment for the family after longs days at the amusement parks. The only down side was that on our last night's stay, the air conditioner failed and it was very hot and uncomfortable. The rental office did send their maintenance man to try to fix it, but it was beyond repair and did not work that well to begin with. They did offer to move us to another unit, but it was late and my children somehow managed to fall asleep, despite the heat, so we decided to tough it out through the night and stay put. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Advantage Vacation Homes and will stay again in the future.
