House was everything that we needed it to be. It was great for a large party. Location is good and fit the needs of our team.

The house is nice. There isn't enough places for you to eat if you come with a large family. The furniture was old and uncomfortable to sit on. I rented two houses and both of them had bugs on the inside. I called to have someone to spray for them, and we still saw them at night in the master bedroom the entire week. Also there isn't a lot of pots and pans if you want to cook a big meal. The pool was dirty because the pump wasn't on. Overall the house itself was nice and everyone had enough room. The last complaint I have is that a worker showed up to fix a problem that a previous renter notified them on and they didn't call to let me know he was on his way. The community is nice and quiet and my kids enjoyed the playground and basketball/tennis courts. My family and I loved the pool, and at night the bugs kept getting the screen and we didn't know how. The house is about 20 mins from Disney grounds, and about 45 mins from Intl Dr and Universal Studios.

Service from advantage was cordial and to the point.
Location was in a new development area, claen nice and well mantained
Most everything was alright. The whole family, 8 adults and two children were very comfortably acomodated.
Two minor points to be considered :
1.-The pots at the kitchen were too small for so a big house
2.-Please try to give the adress at least 48 hours before starting date -

1. Beautiful House
2. Good Price
3. $250 Deposit at time of check in that is held on your CC (I was unaware)
4. Dryer didn't work
5. No board games (except chess missing pieces)
6. No DVD
7. No internet
8. No baking pans
9. They advertise that you can sleep 10, however they don't give you the materials to sustain 10 ppl: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher tabs...for the week, nothing else, oh and 2 towels per bathroom...that's it!
10. There we giant cockroaches all week, everywhere inspite of the exterminator coming twice...
11. No BBQ, was told we could rent one for the week for $25...it was $50
12. Oh and to top it all off you are only allowed to leave 4 bags of trash ($5 for ea. additional bag) and if you check in the middle of the week and miss their trash day (like we did) then you will be left with the option to pay for ea. bag over 4 or transport them all to the dumpster 15 minutes away to the office...
13. No game consoles
14. The stero doesn't work that well
15. There is TV in only 2 bedrooms
16. No pool toys
17. No beach items/towels
18. No food what so ever, not even salt & pepper
19. Sliding door comes off track
20. Blinds fall off the windows
21. Public pool, is hot & small
I have stayed at many vacation/beach homes, they have always contained the above missing items and more... -

The home was very nice. The location was tucked away, so it was quiet. It had two master bedrooms, which worked out great for great grandma. Only complaint was the sliding door alarm, which would go off every now and then. Pool was very nice.

WE TRAVELED 16 HRS TO GET THERE AND WHEN WE GOT THERE AT 11:30 PM WE WENT TO THE LOCK BOX AS INSTRUCTED TO GET OUR KEY. WE DROVE TO THE HOUSE AND THE KEY DIDNT FIT THE DOOR!! WE TRIED CALLING TE AFTER HOURS NUMBER ONLY TO CONSTANTLY DISCONNECT FROM IT AS SOON AS YOU HAD TO CHOOSE AN OPTION. THE NUMBER IS USELESS! WE HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER HOTEL THAT NIGHT BECAUSE THERE WERE 9 OF US WE HAD TO PAY FOR 2 ROOMS. THE NEXT DAY I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND TE GIRL BEHIND THE DESK ACTED LIKE I WAS ANNOYING HER BY COMPLAINING THAT AFTER TRAVELING 16 HRS TO GET THERE AND HAD PAID FOR THE NIGHT WE LOST AND THEN HAD TO PAY FOR 2 HOTELS ROOMS. I WASNT HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST.
THE MANAGER DID GIVE US A FREE NIGHT BUT IT WASNT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION. I REALLY LIKED ADVATANGE VACATION HOMES BUT I WONT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. THE HOUSE WE GOT THIS TIME WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE DELUXE HOME WASNT ANYWHERE AS NEAR AS NICE AS THE HOME WE STAYED IN THE YEAR BEFORE. SEEMED TO ME I PAID FOR A DELUXE HOME AND GOT A DOWN GRADE INSTEAD. MY NEXT VACATION TO FLORDIA WILL NOT BE AT ADVANTAGE IM SORRY TO SAY.
