When we arrived at the home there was a huge rain storm and we wanted to enter the garage to remove our luggage from the roof rack of our vehicle. The garage was locked and we were told by customer service that the owner had his vehicle or personal property in the garage. We should have been informed that we would not have access to the garage prior to our arrival. We would have made other plans for our stay if that were the case but since we had already driven 8 hours, we were stuck with no other options. Also, the house needed to be sprayed for insects. We expected a few ants or other insects but there were more than there should have been. This was our second stay with homes 4 you and our first stay was so pleasant that we decided to do it again, celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in the process. When I contacted customer service, the woman that I spoke to was not sympathetic to our needs and just stated that they had nothing else available. We would have been satisfied if she just apologized for the inconvenience but she didn't.

This was our first time ever in renting a house and the experience couldn't have been more pleasurable. The house was fantastic! My family had all of the comforts of home and we are thinking about doing it again next year. The house was centrally located to food markets, malls, banks and just about everything that you would need. The house was about 30 mins from the airport and only about 20 mins from all of the Disney parks. It was so great! Jenny at Contempo homes was so helpful to me and she answered all of my questions timely and was so accommodating. The only thing that I would change in the house would be to update some of the furnishing and bedding. We would definitely stay there again.

The service we received from Contempo was fantastic. We had already stayed in another property for 3 weeks but our holiday was extended courtesy of the Icelandic Volcano for another 2. Jennie at Contempo was really understanding and went out of her way to help us find somewhere else to stay. We were lucky to stay at this house and were exteremely impressed with the modern and comfortable furnishings. The bedrooms were comfortable and again spacious and the children loved the Mickey Mouse theme their bedroom had (the Mickey Lamp went down a storm). It was great that they all had their own TV, which allowed for some 'space' for us all to enjoy our own choice entertainment when needed. The house is bright and spacious and the pool just the right size. The jaccuzi was a bonus. The equipment in the kitchen was more than adequate and the ice maker in the fridge freezer was very welcome as the weather got hotter. The service from the maintainance department was speedy, efficient and both guys were very friendly. Once again thanks should go to Jenny for her help with the small minor issues we had maintainance wise. The location is in a part residential area and the house overlooks orange groves. There is a little noise from the main road but nothing that we didn't grow used to. The house is in a peaceful location and the resident neighbours that we met very friendly. It is difficult to say what we liked best about the house as it was all really good. If there was one small thing we said needed improving it was the settee in the lounge as it is a sofa bed and parts were hard and a little uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. We would highly recommend this property.

After 17 previous trips to Florida, this was our first stay in a villa and we were definitely not disappointed. The location was very good being just 2 minutes off the I4 and in a very quiet neighbourhood, located as the last house in the street, surrounded by orange groves at the rear and open space to the side.
The house had four bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living / dining / kitchen area and gave us more than ample space to relax and move freely around the house – our party was 5 adults and a 22 week old child.
The pool area was large and complete with a hot tub – pool water could have been warmer. Pool man came twice a week to clean and service.
Contempo – the Leasing agent – was a 30 second drive away and on reporting a faulty light fixing a repair man was at the house minutes after I arrived back. Excellent service.
The only complaint was the kettle, which had been reported by previous tenants but still had not been replaced. It would boil, but not switch off – a definite Health and Safety Issue - we also reported the fault and highlighted it in the Guest Book.
But other than that minor issue, an excellent home in a very quiet location – would definitely recommend this house and its Leasing Agent – Contempo.
