Our stay at 407 Elberton Drive was truely fantastic. The villa was more than we ever expected. The surroundings were idealic, peaceful, private and beutiful. The Contmepo staff were more than happy to help us with the few problems we encountered. We are already making plans to return and would be more than happy to stay in the same villa. There is not really anything negative we can say about this Villa or the complex it was on.

This home was great for two families. The way the bedrooms and bathrooms were situated two families could have privacy yet still share the common areas. The home was clean when we arrived and had a clean smell to it.
The only disappointing feature is that there was no recycling bin in the home. Recycling is a big part of our future and we had many things that could have been recycled that ended up in the garbage. Great access to highways, Disney, grocery stores, etc. It was a little further to Universal studios but still great access.
I would recommend this particular home to other people and would rent it again if in the area. -

This was our first holiday as a family to Florida, and lived up to our expectations from the minute we landed. The weather was great and we found driving real easy on Florida roads ( sorry highways) when we arrived at our holiday home it looked great from the roadside and even better when we went in. The kids had their own ensuite, so no waiting outside the bathroom every morning like at home. The pool was fantastic and we spent lots of evenings in and around it. The access to the parks from Florida Pines was great not much more than 20 -30 minutes. Its the first holiday we had had in 6 years and was worth every cent everything we needed was there and anything that needed sorting was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the helpful staff at Contempo.We recommended them to a friend who went over in August and also had a great time. Other advise would be, dont take much with you as you'll end up with loads of extra baggage on the way back.
