Nice house , good location, good management service. We travel in a friend's group all of us find thi house very good, the 4 bath are usefull ! alaso the wifi work great.

Loved the property. Very spacious, bigger than we had originally booked. Quiet development of very similar properties, very well presented and spotlessly clean. Twenty five minutes or so from main Disney parks. Plenty of good supermarkets and restaurant within a short drive. Easy check in and check out with the office just a mile or two down the road. Lovely pool.

We chose to stay in the same community because we enjoyed it so much last year. We were in a different home because we felt we could've used a bit more space. Unfortunately, bigger is not always better. When we checked into the home, the first thing we noticed was the carpet was filthy. It looked as if it had never been clean. A piece from the washer was also broken. We called to have someone come out to fix it. It never occurred. The blinds were broken in one of the master bedrooms and in the family room. The towel rack came completely down. We had to prop it up to keep it off the floor. There were ants all in the garage near the ping pong table, because of the trash bags that sat. The can opener was broken. And there weren't as many cooking utensils as in the house we previously rented. It stated that this house was new, but it didn't look like it. It could've have been a much better visit, but we were extremely disappointed in the lack of service and the quality of the home. I wouldn't recommend this community or this home.

Overall the house was amazing and fairly priced. My only gripes are that heat for the jucuzzi costs extra and no Internet unless you go to the club house which has free wi-fi. I liked the fact that the garage was a game room and that they even have PS2. Unfortunately our PS2 had xbox 360 games which I thought was funny. The sofa's were also very comfortable and I would recommend this house vs. a hotel any day.

The Tuscan Hills home was wonderful. It had all of the amenities my family needed. We really enjoyed the five bedroom home, with the pool area, jucuzzi, and game room. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. We got a lot of use out of the pool and game room. The kids especially enjoyed themselves. The home is very spacious as well. Quiet neighborhood.
We had some issues with burgarly. While we were gone to Sea World, someone broke into our rental home, went through our personal items and stole some items. We did in fact contact the police. It seems that they went through most of the homes located on our street.
I would still stay at a vacation rental home, because you can't let that deter you. However, I would say that although you are on vacation, watch your surroundings as you would at home. Alicia of Maryland -

My four daughters and their husbands along with my grandson wanted to be together for Easter and see Disney World. The house was large with five bedrooms and a heated pool.
We enjoyed the convenient location and big kitchen for a festive Easter Dinner. My
Grandson got to see Animal Kingdom and had an
egg hunt as well.
From Cleveland,Ohio, Birmingham, Alabama, Jacksonville, Florida, and Panama City, Florida, we all highly recommend USA Vacation Homes.

Realmente pasamos una semana muy agradable en Tuscan Hills. La casa estaba en perfectas condiciones y ademas ten?a todo lo necesario para el descanso de toda la familia. La comodidad de la piscina privada, agreg?
la casa nos permiti? compartir momentos muy alegres en familia, lo que a veces no sucede en un viaje a Orlando. Creo que esta semana siempre ser? un gran recuerdo para mis hijos y eso vale mucho.
