The house, with the screened in pool, was a great retreat to come to after a long day at either Disney World or Univeral parks. It was being home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. It was very easy to find, plus, was such a short drive to all of the parks, restaurants & shopping. This was perfect for our vacation. I received e-mails regarding the rental property, with all the information needed for the rental were very accurate. Only thing I found it needed - the yellow tub for recyclables!

The home and location were great to stay near Disney but not on property. It would be nice if it provided small bottles of shampoo ane extra trash bags and napkins in the kitchen. I also would prefer that the rate shown included all the additional fees. The home was extremely comfortably and very very clean. The pool was too cold to enjoy but we weren't there long enough during the day to incur the fees to heat it.

Our house was beautiful, clean and perfectly located for all of the Orlando attractions. It was nice being away from the traffic and crowds but still only a ten minute ride to Disney World. The main downside was a lack of proper cooking gear. We only had two tiny and very used fry pans and two other pots. They need to purchase some new cooking gear at 331 Henley! The other negative was that there were at least 8 signs posted all over the house stating that you can be charged extra for common things that happen all the time and are common risks of renting your house out (especially the one right next to the toilet advising you of an extra charge if the toilet doesnt flush? c'mon!). Please take the signs down! They were stapled to the walls all over the house!

Thanks for the feedback, as far as the signs they are actually required by the Department of Business Professional Regulations and we must have them posted in the homes to be in compliance with the licensing procedures for short term rentals, if other homes don't have signs maybe they are not even properly licensed. We definitely appreciate the comments on the pots and pans and will replace as needed in this home for future guests use.

I have been to Orlando with students from my school 8 other times. I have stayed in everything from hotels to condo's, but never a home. It is a terrific place to stay with children, you do not have to worry about disturbing people sleeping below you. We had our own pool and did not have to leave the house. Being able to have meals with a full kitchen saved us a lot of money allowing us more time in the morning before heading for the parks. It is so nice not having to load vehicles to find a breakfast and then make our way to the parks. My students were also able to pack lightly since we could wash out clothes at the house. I would recommend a stay with Eagle management to anyone with children or taking students to Orlando. They went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable and a good value.
Thanks for the great stay in Orlando, I would have to say this was the best place I have stayed, and I have been to Orlando 14 times over the past 22 years.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet, the rooms were well sized, and the house was really clean.
The linen supply was sparse. For a house that sleeps eight, it would have been nice to have more than two washcloths. The beds need a little care. The frames were very loud and every time my kids rolled over they woke up.
I also would have liked for the rental company to send a list of things you may need. Two rolls of toilet paper don't go far and we would have brought more with us so we didn't have to hit the store the first night.Response from Eagle Management - 04/11/2012

We had a great time at this house. Clean, quiet, comfortable and very nice decorated. The kids enjoyed their own pool. 20 minutes drive to all Disney attractions and we loved being so close to Cracker Barrel.

We were in town for the Worlds Cheerleading Competition. It was a very busy weekend. If we stayed here again, we would probably stay a couple of extra days to enjoy the house more.

It was a great quiet community with everything you needed at your fingertips! The house was clean and comfortable! My only complaint would be to have a computer with access to the internet as everything today is done online so it did make it a little difficult to find things sometimes.

As usual we were very pleased with our unit. This one seemed a little sparse on towels but since the washer and drier is right thier wasn't a problem. I love coming home and not having to do tons of wash. I tell lots of people about the Condo's They are clean Nice and like home except without the cutter.

This villa, was super clean. neighborhood was quiet. everything worked, extra linens in the closet, full kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, etc... the pool is a nice bonus, but for April, the water was still very cold. get heated if you can. would definitely stay there again. drive to theme parks range from 10-25 minutes.

well me & my husband really enjoyed our vacation, but if we took a motel it
would have been better for us, i mean we spent good money for renting this
villa but the service there was not satisfying
1) each bathroom had only one toilet paper
2) there was no soup for the dishwasher (i mean how do you expect me to
use the stuff in the kitchen without washing it) & i think if i didn't they
would charge me !!!
plus no laundry soup too
3) I had to be charged $25 each week if i want to use the BBQ grill
4) i had to be charged for heating the pool each DAY $30 or $40 (it was
march & the wether was so nice, so we thought ok the sun is shine & there
is no need to heat the pool , cold water would be cool
but we tried putting our feet in the water it was freeeeezing like they had
some ice in it)
5) the rules were in every little corner in the villa it was annoying
So if i stayed in a motel for few days it would have been better & least i
would have service every day.

vacation rentals are not for everyone but definitely much more private and spacious than hotel rooms, they are always self catered so supplies are provided by the guest. this is your home for the duration of your stay. rules have to be posted to minimize damages to property as some guests are not as respectful as others and pool heating is only $25 a day but it was very cold. we wish we could make it sunny and warm every day for all guests.

The communication with the management company was awesome!
The home was beautiful & very roomy! Nice quiet neighborhood. Felt very safe in a gated community. Everything possible to do in Orlando is within about 20 minutes. The home is located very conveniently off of I-4 and Route 27, which has everything you need located there!
If you are not planning on making a trip to walmart you need to take your own dish/dishwasher soap, laundry soap, etc. (the only thing I really thought would be here was dish soap)
