This is a wonderful 4 bed 3 bath vacation pool home located in Legacy Park. Legacy park is a brand new community on highway 27 where golf courses and restaurants abound. Amusement parks are just a short drive away. Nicely decorated, this home has all kitchen applicances, towels and linen. Wireless internet. Pool can be heated upon request. Home sleeps 10

The house was awesome, very nice to spread out. We we very surprised that there was no dish soap, paper towels, extra toilet paper. I'm aware that it's not a hotel, but enough toilet paper and paper towels would have been nice. A bottle of dish soap would have been good, too. You don't think to but that because you would assume that soap is pretty cheap and could easily be stored under the sink and when grocery shopping you don't think to but that and when it's time to do dishes there was no soap. We finally found 1 dishwasher soap wrapped up in the garbage bags when we were cleaning up before we left(that would have been nice to find,maybe it could be stored in the dishwasher).
Beside those few inconvenieces the house was beautiful and would definately rent again. -

The house was beautiful, clean, well stocked. We loved the spa and my 9 year old son stayed in the pool. First thing in the morning and last thing at night. It really was a fantastic place.

This house is beautiful. The layout is perfect, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. I loved that everything was pretty close ( Disney and other attractions). We spent most of our time at the house, swimming and enjoying the weather. I would recommend this property for sure. We look forward to coming back next year. The only negative was we paid to have the pool heated and when we checked in it was not. However they did come right out the next morning and it didn't take long to heat up.

We arrived late on a Friday night and all of the paper work was in the box as we were told. The house was clean and ready for us and this made for a great start to our vacation. The short drive to Disney was easy and the kids looked forward to swimming in the pool everyday after visiting one of the parks. Thanks for a great Disney vacation.

We are repeat customers to this home. We stayed here in July 2008 and again this year.
We were very pleased with the condition of this home. We thought that after 3 years that there would be a lot of wear.
Suprisingly, the home was just as crisp and clean as our first time. We enjoyed our stay
and hope to visit again. Our family really loves this place. A truly lovely home! Thanks! -

Our experience was fantastic. It was a beautiful home that made our stay well worth the 24 hour drive. The quality of the home was excellent, the ammenities fantastic including bikes, helmets and a games room for the kids. It was a home I would proudly move into. The area was a gated community which provided the comfort of safety with 5 teenage girls... I would highly recommend this home.
Lowry's were very efficient, affordable and completely professional. This was our first experience renting a vacation home and I would not hesitate to do it again or recommend Lowry's. -

We stayed two family in this house and we were very pleased with the stay, the house itself, location and everything. It is slightly expensive but yet we felt we got value for our money...

We had an awesome vacation in Orlando this spring! The house was located just minutes from grocery stores and WalMart which is a huge convenience! And only 10-15 minutes from Disney was a huge plus as well. This house was well equipped with anything you would need. Lots of towels, dishes, etc. Very clean and well maintained. My daughter and niece loved "their room." Of course the pool was a great feature as well. Enjoyed by all. And if you are traveling with a baby this house comes with a high chair and a pack-n-play which is a great addition.
Check in and check out were extremely easy. Lowery's are a great company to deal with. We are already trying to plan our next trip and would have no issues booking through this company again. Our only problem, which was slight, was there were no recycling bins! We felt guilty throwing all our bottles,cans, etc in the garbage. But like I said, a minor problem!
We completely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

We had the opportunity to stay at this residence because we were vacationing with our family at disney world. i have to say that the house was very comfortable. it had everything you could need for a week long stay. It was a wonderful place to come back to after long days at the park. we felt safe and secure in the gated community. the beds and furniture were tasteful and comfortable. the game room was a great place to play on the one day it rained all day. we had loads of laughs and fun there. our only complaint was that it was too cold to swim in the beautiful spacious pool, and were not aware that it had to be a certain temperature outside in order for the heater to work, so that was money wasted on our part. overall our experience was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it. we have already told all our friends about our amazing experience. we would definately try to rent this home again if we come back to florida, and if it wasn't available, we would look into other proprties that Lowery's offers. the staff was very courteous and helpful and answered every question we had about the property. it was AMAZING!
