we reported the fact that the toilet in the family bathroom did not work on the first day (sat) and nothing was done about it! the toilet did not flush properly and i had to buy a new toilet brush as the old one was covered in filth. the closet door was broken-this was reported and all the trash was left lying around where the bin was from the previous occupants. I did pick some of it up however i was not prepared to clear all of it.All of our trash was taken with us on the Friday. The villa was not as clean ss I would have expected. The location was good but I would not go back to this villa as it needs to upgraded. Also the smoke alarm went off all night for no reason which we reported but nothing again was done.
