The villa is built on the banks of one of Central Floridas 554 natural lakes, it is located within a quiet and peaceful residential area of 49 houses.
Ideally situated 3 minutes from I 4 exit 58, our home offers you a great central location to access all the fun that Orlando has to offer - Disney, Universal, Sea world, the waterparks, shopping malls & outlets and access to US 192 strip, (with numerous bars,restaurants and MORE shops) are only a short car hop away!

The villa was very comfortable but cold, unfortunately when we arrived the weather in Kissimmee had turned very cold and as we were instructed not to touch the aircon we spent a very cold first night wrapped in blankets until we could speak to the agents who helped us with some warmth. Also it is very far from all the amenities for shopping entertainment etc that we are used to when we stay in Florida.

Thank you for your valued feedback. We strive to make our villa as comfortable as possible for our guests and it seems we have got this right.
Weather in Davenport and across the Orlando area was very changeable throughout December 2011 and January; as we found during our Christmas vacation, (this is unfortunately something that we, nor Walt Disney can control).
In the unlikely event that there are problems, our guests are encouraged to call the Management Companies 24 hour number for help and advice. An early call would have avoided a night bundled up in blankets; which thankfully are in plentiful supply.
It is regrettable that Davenport did meet your expectations, with its abundance of supermarkets, retail units and restaurants within a few minutes and the 192 only 5 minutes from the villa; it generally caters for every guest’s requirements.
We hope that your time in the Keys and the rest of the US was a happy one.

Christmas full of fun!
What a fantastic home!
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa for Christmas we had the time of our lives. Andy was so helpful throughout the whole booking process, suggesting lots of great places to visit as well as places to shop and eat.
The house is set in a lovely quiet area with beautiful views over the lake, this made the time we spent in the pool peaceful and relaxing. Staying in a house/home over Christmas made all the difference, the house is really lovely and beautifully decorated which is a contrast to a stark hotel room. There was everything we needed, a real home from home. The house is very close to the parks so visiting all the attractions was easy and there are plenty of very good restaurants in close proximity.
Once again, thank you for a fantastic stay, we will definately recommend you and hope to visit you again soon.

Why stay in a small hotel room, share the pool and pay more; when you can enjoy the comforts of a luxurious home with beautiful views and at a realistic price - no wonder our guests say they will never return to a hotel again!

A clean spacious house to suit all types including large family groups. A fully equipped kitchen with clean and reliable services. Quiet peaceful surroundings enjoyed whilst swimming in the pool and patio for enjoying the sun. Close to entertainment parks, shopping and restaurants. Would definately stay again and recommend to friends.

second time for our combined families of 8 staying in this lovely spacious family home, so felt like a home from home. weather brilliant, better than we'd anticipated. everything was fimiliar to us and the parks were busy but still great. excellent service from lisa and andy, so many thanks to them. all in all it was another fabulous holiday spent in a wonderful location.

We hated to leave!
The villa was absolutely perfect. Very close to all the parks. There is a supermarket, CVS, etc within walking distance. The Reunion golf resort is also very close by.
