The villa has free internet via a wi-fi connection. It is fully air conditioned throughout with ceiling fans fitted to the sitting room and master bedrooms. There is also a fully equipped laundry area with separate washer and dryer. The villa is beautifully situated on a corner plot which makes it very private and peaceful and not overlooked, this makes it an ideal place to stay when you need to relax after busy park days. We entered the villa with high expectations and we were not disappointed,the photos on the website do not do it justice.The Villa is spacious, light and airy and the owners have thought of everything.The private Pool is a bonus, although with four children we were here for the Disney experience it was lovely to have the odd lazy morning in the pool.Talking of Disney the Villa is perfectly situated for easy access to all the Disney parks and we did them all-many many times! With children aged between 4 and 11yrs there was something for everyone.We were so impressed with this lovely Villa that we contacted the Owners within 48hours of our arrival to book for 2012.We had such a magical stay that we truly did not want to leave.However we duly packed ready to leave the next morning only to be advised by Ba that due to Volcanic ash from Iceland UK airspace was closed and we could not return home.The owners could not have been more helpful and arranged for us to extend our stay untill UK airspace re-opened, what a huge relief as sleeping at the airport with 4 children did not appeal. We would not hesitate to recommend this truly beautiful Villa and can not wait to return.

It was the perfect place to base a family holiday in Orlando. The villa was very well appointed, really good sized rooms, everything clean and tidy on our arrival and both the air conditioning and the pool were particularly welcome in the amazing Florida weather. The children really loved having a private pool attached to the house.
The villa is located about 20-25 minutes away from the Disney parks, which is close enough to be able to pop back during the heat of the day. In fact during the really busy park times it was a lot quicker to be heading away from Orlando.
There are plenty of amenities located nearby; a supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants.
We would happily recommend the villa and will be going back.

We are a family of four that stayed with some friends that had 2 children also.There was plenty of space in this very luxurious villa.We were glad we went for this option over a Disney hotel as it was lovely to come home from a busy day at the parks to relax by the pool or in the air conditioned living area.The 2 main bedrooms were amazing and equally well furnished and the other 2 rooms were great too with plenty of storage.Kitchen facilities were great and we were able to keep on top of the washing with the utility area.
The surrounding area of the house is very peaceful and safe.
There was about a 25 minute easy drive to the Disney parks which was no problem,2 very good food stores on your doorstep and restaurants not far away.
We had a fab holiday and would definately recommend this villa. -

Karen was very easy to deal with. Very accomodating. The pictures and layout we were given prior to our stay were very accurate. Directions were easy to follow as well.
Any issues we ran into once we arrived were taken care of without any hesitation or frustration.
I recommend this house and owner without hesitation.
We were so pleased with everything we re-booked before we even checked out!
