The villa is in a relaxing rural location South East of Disney on the 17/92 South Orange Blossom Trail. We are just a few minutes from shopping areas with Supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, fuel, food outlets, hairdressing, dry cleaners etc. Situated less than 10 minutes from extit 58 of the I4 we are 15 minutes from Disney World and 25 minutes from Universal and SeaWorld. The US192 with its myriad of restaurants is aproximately 10 minutes by car.
There is no local public transport so a car is essential in order to enjoy the theme parks and the many attractions the area has to offer.

Stylishly furnished, well equipped, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The standard of furnishings and attention to detail elevate this villa beyond the standards normally found in rental properties. The pool area is equally pleasing, with large pool and deck, quality furniture and excellent position. The owner responded quickly to my communication and is friendly and approachable. There was no need to contact the management company but clearly they take as much pride in the property as the owners do.

We have just returned from our stay at this gorgeous villa. It was absolutely perfect. The villa is immaculate and decorated beautifully. There are so many facilities at the villa which catered for all our needs. Having a baby with us, we were so happy to find a lovely cot provided for her and sheets, even pool toys and rings for her.
Allyson (the owner) is so helpful and friendly and she was so quick to email me back with answers to any questions I had.
We felt very safe there as the villa is in a gated community. There is a supermarket nearby and it's an easy drive to all the attractions and shopping malls.
We definitely want to return for another holiday there. -

Had a wonderful stay at Watersong near Orlando. As soon as we opened the door my 3 children said 'Wow!' in unison. The generous entrance hall expands out to a cool, very spacious living area with open plan kitchen and nice dining space. All furnishings are contemporary and very fresh including a lovely new leather corner suite of sofas. Bedrooms were again fresh and modern with good quality king-size and twin bedded rooms - all with plenty of storage, nice quality linen and flat screen TVs. Good ensuites with powerful showers - generous and thoughtful quantity of towels provided in the villa. The pool is spotless (cleaned weekly) and alongwith the Jacuzzi it's a godsend with young children - who flopped into it everyday upon returning from the Orlando parks - and rose early for a pre-breakfast swim. Good size - enough to get some lengths in. Nice al fresco dining area adjacent to poolside. Pools looks onto wooded area which also enhances it. My children also loved the pool table and table football in the adjoining double garage converted into a games room. The Villa has all mod-cons including dishwasher, coffee machine, built-in microwave above the hob and oven - and large american washing machine and dryer in the adjoining garage. Also very effective air-conditioning. Disney and the other parks are an easy 15 minutes drive. My wife and eldest son made good use of the well equipped gym in the Watersong clubhouse; the facilities are complementary. There are plenty of diners, restaurants and Publix Supermarkets within about 10 minutes drive. Great choice for a family trip to enjoy all that the Orlando area has to offer.

Enough room and amenities to keep three generations happy.Excellent pool, spa and outside space. Inside furnishings are to a very high standard, everybody commented on the comfortable beds and pillows.Tv,wi-fi and games room were all used extensively.The gated community gave it a feel of privacy and security. Allyson (the owner), the local management company and the Club House could not have been more helpful.
All in all we had a brilliant time and we cannot recommend it too highly. -

Fantastic , modern villa in a wonderful private location .
We had a great time, the villa was so clean and spacious and had everything you required for a relaxing break from the theme parks .
The owners were great to deal with and helpful with everything to ensure we had a great time .

A superb spacious contemporary villa in a residential gated community that is easily accessible for theme parks & shops. A fantastic base to relax & chill out in, to set your own pace as to when you leave/return. A home from home (only better!) Cant wait to go back. A pleasure to stay in with kids delighted at having their own pool.

A gorgeous 5 bed house which made our holiday for 10 people amazing. The pool and deck area are large and enough room to keep the little ones away from the pool. The bedrooms are very spacious with high quality linen and the most comfortable pillows ever ! The only downside is we had to leave and come home !!

Large, comfortable and stylish holiday home. Everything we needed plus the little things you invariably forget whilst on vacation.
From the wonderful heated south facing pool to the large sun deck to the numerous cable channels that kept my little ones amused, this house has it all. Watersong resort is a very quiet and safe gated community that made us feel safe. The unobstructed views also put us at one with nature. From lizards to eagles, we saw them all whilst soaking up the beautiful floridian sunshine.
Can definitely recommend and will be back! -

We loved every minute of our holiday at the WaterSong Villa. Large, clean space, fantastic modern facilities, and an ideal location to both Disney and Universal ( no more than 25 minutes in heavy traffic). We loved that everything was readily available - pool, game room, video games for kids, TV in every room, and a super market that is no more than 10 minute drive from the house. If we are back in Orlando, Allyson's home will be our first option. This is as close to a no brainer as it gets when you have a family with kids. Beats staying at a cramped hotel.

We stayed in the above property for 2 weeks in December 2011 , there were 2 families of 4 each and the space and luxury was fantastic . The decor was modern and chic , the quality of the furnishings and facilities was high above the previous villas we have rented in Florida. The instructions we received from allyson, from the directions from the airport, to how to get into the villa and contact numbers that we may need were really comprehensive , the manangement company that look after the villa in Florida were both friendly and quick to respond . I would recommend this villa to everyone who wanted somewhere to stay that was luxurious , spacious and had everything you needed for a wonderful holiday . Thanks allyson we shall be back soon from the Edge family and Hodgson family!!

We planned a seven day stay at this villa in preparation for my first Walt Disney Marathon. It was easy to find from the airport, instructions were very clear. Security was good with a gated entrance, home alarm and a security safe. The home is spacious and my wife and two children ages 10 and 7 managed to stay on just the ground floor. There were additional bedroom upstairs that could have housed another family very easily. The decor was very tasteful and clean. There are two king size beds, which made for a very restful vacation and recuperation from my marathon. The area is very new and the pool area was very private with a ravine backdrop and no neighbours on either side. The pool was clean, well heated especially for January and the hot tub was very hot for soaking sore muscles. There are pool toys and great new deck furniture for lounging around. We rented a BBQ which added to the outdoor summer time feel. The kitchen was well equipped with tasteful glasses and kitchen ware. There are many appliances and my wife enjoyed the ability to launder clothes during our stay. My boys played on the PS3 and the TV has a wide selection of channels to choose from. There were a few games and movies even available! The wireless internet was fantastic boasting impressive speeds of 10mbps to stay in contact with home. Groceries and amenities were just a short drive away. Allyson kept in contact before, during and after the stay and I felt would be available if any problems arose.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa just outside of Orlando. It's close enough to Orlando for the big attractions to be convenient, but far enough way to be out of the madness that can be Orlando.
Allyson (the owner) provided all of the information we needed to feel welcome in a strange city. And she did it all from the UK.
The house was in excellent condition, everything clean and cared for. There were ample dishes and utensils for a large family. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. -

We stayed in this wonderful comtemporary villa towards the end of November and had the most amazing time. From start to finish we had constant communication with the owners and they made the whole experience feel very personal and genuinely cared about our stay.
The villa itself was in a lovely quiet location which overlooked a nature reserve within a gated community and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The villa was of contemporary design and tastefully furnished to a high standard, there was plenty of space and had all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star villa. We would love to return again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

An absolutely amazing villa! Really exceptional furnishings and interiors and extremely comfortable and relaxing. All of the rooms are really spacious and the beds really comfortable (believe me I've had some really bad night's sleep in some beds). Theer is plenty of information within the villa about the theme parks, local takeaway telephone numbers etc, and local restaurants to visit.
The pool area with it's own jacuzzi is clean, pristine and extremely well maintained with plenty of loungers and water toys for children to play with. There is a tiny garden area within the pool enclosure and plenty of garden space beyond that.
This property backs onto uncultivated land and as such many species of wild life such as deer, possums, egrets and squirrels visit during the course of the day and early dusk. There is a clubhouse and interenet cafe within easy walking distance of the house or driving distance where the staff are really friendly and helpful.
The property is ideally situated for visiting all of the theme parks without having too much of a long drive from either airport too, which is obviously great if you have young children.
All of the information was supplied in advance for the villa and directions and access instructions really clear. If you were to experience any problem at all, there are plenty of contact telephone numbers within the villa.
Supermarkets are within a few minutes drive as is the local Walgreens (Chemist), in case of any little tummy upsets!!!
This was our second visit to the property and quite honestly, I can't wait to get back there again! -

We were nine persons sharing this villa, six adults and three children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the WaterSong villa. It is a very beautiful, clean and spacious home. It was great to relax in the pool and hot tub after spending the day at Disney's.
We had a great vacation and hope to return to Davenport some day.

We wanted to let you how much we enjoyed staying at your home! The house is lovely and we felt very much at home and comfortable. Weather could have cooperated more but it was still a very enjoyable time for our family. The house is great and close to all amenities. The house is spacious (we were 8) and very clean. Everything needed is available in the house. Located in a gated community, safety is not an issue. Will highly recommend it.
