We had a wonderful time thank you, your villa was fantastic, very well equipped and beautifully furnished. Whenever we return to the Orlando area we will certainly endeavour to book your villa again, and we will recommend it to family and friends, although its sold itself from the images we posted on Facebook whilst we were there.

This villa is beautiful and absolutely perfect for a family vacation. The location is great, no more than 20 minute drive to any park. (Disney World, Legoland, Gator Land, etc.) The house is stunning and there is absolutely everything you could ever need and more provided. They even had toys for the kids! The house is large and very clean!
The pool and hot tub was a huge hit with our family.
The owners were a pleasure to deal with and any questions we had were answered immediately.
I highly recommend this villa to anyone! We will never stay anywhere else while visiting Florida! -

We spent Christmas at Disney for the 1st time. Traveling with 6 people ages 6-66. We knew that planning was key, Booking this Villa was the best choice for our vacation. Disney was amazing but, exhausting too. the Villa was clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed and more! We grilled out, swam, played Xbox and old fashioned board games, and afterwards relaxed alone in the master whirl pool. I cant imagine doing Disney any other way. Before we do anything we always pray for special favor from God . He blessed us with the best Villa in Florida! Lynda and Steve are great at providing quality service! All the best to them!!!

We arrived at the home on a Saturday. We had a great time the kids enjoyed the pool. While the adults enjoyed the spa. Plenty to do in the home with the games room and gaming systems. This home is in close proximity to shopping and Universal as well as Disney. We had great communication with the owners as well as the management company during our stay. This was a great home and wonderful vacation. Thank you Lynda

The villa was every bit as beautiful as described online. We enjoyed nights in the pool and game room.The location was perfect for accessing all Disney parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely book this property if we have the opportunity to return to Florida. We have six adults in our family so our only concern was that there needed to be more containers for recyclables, but that being our only complaint, we highly recommend staying here.

From the moment we contacted Lynda to plan our vacation everything went smoothly. It was a pleasure to communicate with her as well as Debbie at the managment office in Orlando. The house is beautiful, and very well kept and cleanone story with every amenity imaginable for the kids (and not so young ones). It is clean, the beds comfy and we had everything we needed at hand. You can tell much thought and love was put into putting it all together. I would not hesitate to stay at Lynda's home again whwnever I visit Orlando in the future

This was my 4th visit to Orlando and my first time at this Villa and this was the only Villa of the 4 that I would definately return to. The property was huge - larger than the other 4 bed Villa's we had previously rented and was kitted out with everything that children could possibly need to entertain themselves. The added attraction was that previous families had left behind games and pool toys and that the even though the property was in great condition we didnt feel that the kids had to be watched the whole time because it clearly was a Villa that lent itself to children being children ! The pool was a decent size with ample room for lots of pool side activity. Quiet neighbourhood too with close proximity to shops and restaurants - would highly recommend and will definately book again for return trips.

We had a great time here, really beautifully laid out Villa in a really nice estate. Plenty of room to spread yourself out and it was a real chore dragging ourselves away each morning. Plenty of shops and eating establishments nearby. Our favourite was Bob Evans just south of Tuscan Ridge on Highway 27. The Pool area is not overlooked unlike some villas we have stayed in. By far the nicest Villa we have stayed in.

The Villa was excellent if you want to stay with group of people on a trip. The amenities provided including the swimming pool and Xbox it was excellent. And the cost is way cheaper compared to hotels near by. and it is well close to all the shopping areas and Disney too. Overall it was a wonderful experience staying at Villa with my friends.
I would definitely recommend my friends and reserve it for my future trips to Orlando -

We were in Orlando with my daughter so she could compete with her dance studio in a nationals dance competition and participate in the dance convention. The dance competition/convention was for seven days, and we didn't really want to spend all that time in a hotel room. This house was about 15 minutes from the dance competition and more than met our expectations for a comfortable home away from home. It was a very peaceful neighborhood and the house all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. We were glad to be able to cook some meals, and not have to eat out all the time. It was also very nicely located. On my daughter's free days we were able to make it out to Clearwater beach one day and Cocoa beach another day. Both beaches were only about an hour and a half away. We also made it to Downtown Disney, and one of the Disney parks while we were there which was within 20 minutes. There was a very nice outlet mall that we enjoyed shopping at during our stay and it was also within 20 minutes. There was a grocery store we passed on our way to the house every day, so it was convenient to pick up something to cook on the way to the house. All in all our stay was very pleasant and we would stay again if we were going to be in Orlando again.

My girlforned and I intended to do a lot more travelling around Florida (Gulf and atlantic Coast), but found the Villa far to hard to leave.
In the end we only spent 1 night away (in the lovely Tarpon Springs) from the Villa.
The place was spotless, decent enough location (I recommend the Sake Steak and Wine Bar). The pool was brilliant.
Highly recommended. -

Our son plays baseball and we were in Florida for the Russ Matt college tourney. I had reseached several rental properties in the area before deciding on this one. Everything about our rental experience was perfect; from the location of the property, to Lynda's quick response to any and all questions. Our travel party included my husband and I, our 15 year old son and my mother and father-in-law. The 2 suite bedrooms worked out especially well and our son loved the game room, whirlpool and pool. The property offered all of the modern convienences of home and more. The ideal location was close to major roads, shopping, places to eat, and even the baseball fields. Our emails and other inquiries were always answered in a very timely and professional manner, as was our deposit. We found it to be the best value in the area and look forward to renting it again.

We were absolutely impressed with the condition of this villa. It is obvious that the owners pay great attention to detail and cleanliness - everything inside and out was clean and tidy, and every room was decorated down to the last detail. The house was spotless and lived up to the pictures. Beautiful landscaping. The house backs up to a field (many villas we looked up backed up directly to another villa) - there are neighbors on either side of the house, but we never saw/heard them and had very good privacy.
We paid for the pool heat for the week, and even on the cool January nights we were swimming - I am not one to swim in cold water, and I had no problem getting in and enjoying myself in the pool and hot tub.
"Check-in" and "Check-out" involved punching in a code to receive the house key, then putting the house key back when we left - could not have been easier, especially after a long drive from New Hampshire.
We had a couple questions while we were there, and the owners responded promptly. Although it was just the three of us, there is enough room at this villa for many more. More than enough towels, bed linens, plates/cutlery are provided, just bring your own trash bags / paper towels / dish detergent etc.
The location is fantastic - very easy to find with shopping close by. If you are going to Disney, plan about 15 minutes for the drive.
We had a fabulous time and just wish we could have stayed longer - truly a home away from home, and we will definitely be back! -

A spacious, well presented villa with a homely feel. Very well equipped, cannot actually think of anything you would need that was not provided i.e travel adaptors, maps, plenty towels & linen etc etc. Excellent location with regards to local shops and restaurants. Although on good access routes to all the main theme parks it was a fair few miles away. The management company were very efficient and attentive. The kids made good use of the lovely pool. All the beds were extremely comfortable and main bathroom luxurious. All in all a wonderful holiday.

We had excellent communication with the owners, who where extremely helpful and gave us additional advice with relation to our overall holiday not just their Villa. Their management company who look after the villa were very efficient. The Villa was beautifully decorated and very clean. All furniture including the beds were very soft and comfortable. We were amazed at how large all of the rooms were and loved the pool area as we were not really overlooked by other properties. They provided plenty of inflatable toys for the pool so there is no need to take or buy your own. You would most definately need a car as there were no shops locally that you could walk to, but shops and restaurants were a maximum of 5 minutes drive away and walmart was approx 15 mins away. We were a little surprised at how long it took us to get to the parks as they were an axtra 5-10 mins further away than stated on the Villa's own website. The only downside to this Villa was that there was no basic cleaning poducts eg: dishcloths, binbags etc. On leaving the villa they do ask that you put your towels and bed linen in the washing mashine but they do not provide any washing powder or fabric softener, it would be very useful if they provided you with enough of this so that you could do this 1 wash rather than having to go and buy them just for this wash and then have to leave it behind. Apart from that we thoughly enjoyed our time in the Villa and would definatley go back again.

The Brett's vacation home was beautiful, spotlessly clean, well equipped and perfectly located for our holiday. Only 20 mins drive on an empty freeway to Disney and about 90 mins to 2hrs to Busch Gardens and Cape Canaveral (depending on how fast you drive). There is a Publix supermarket within a few mins drive to stock up on essentials and some good takeways and diners nearby.
All the bedrooms were of a good size and well furnished with plenty of storage space, the master suite was massive and my parents enjoyed the luxury of the huge ensuite and walk in closet.
The pool was regularly cleaned and a great place to sit out at night relaxing after a BBQ with a glass of wine.
We didnt use the games room much, it was a little hot without having aircon, but the rest of the house was lovely and cool.
We had a great stay and felt very at home, thanks for making our stay so special. Hopefully we'll be back soon. -

We found this villa to be very nicely equipped and furnished. We have stayed here twice and have booked a third visit. We have stayed at other Disney villas and by far find this the nicest. Quality furnishings, private pool setting (not too close to neighbors and plantins or privacy), and nicely stocked with towels, linens, dishes, and all of the extras. The owners are lovely to deal with and even include a nice welcome package of food staples and beer to get you started.

The home is beautiful and well maintained. The layout is very convenient and quite comfortable. My grandchildren loved the game room as did we all love the pool! It was in a great location for visiting Universal and Disney which incorporates our annual family trip as well as shopping for the house. The Brett Family is very accommodating in addressing your needs and the management is very efficient upon requests for any service. We look forward to return visits! What we liked least was leaving!

Villa Sirenia was an amazing and relaxing Vacation Destination for our Family Vacation in Davenport,Orlando.
The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures on the websites,But even better when there.Had all amenities required for an extended stay,even toys for the kids!.
Our Party 3 adults/2 Children with loads of room to spare.
Hit the Parks hard by Day,getting home to the Villa and pool was the only thing keeping us going.Dinners in were relaxing and then Board games a plenty.
Management team of Kevin and Debbie were great and very quick to respond and resolve 2 small issue's.

We stayed in Steve & Lynda's villa for two weeks in May and it was a wonderful experience. Location is great, no more than 20 minute drive to any park. The house is stunning and there is absolutely everything you could ever need and more provided. Anything we needed, we just had to have a look around and it was there. The Master bedroom is fabulous, absolutely huge and the girls will love the walk in wardrobe. My children loved their bedrooms, both had DVD & TVs so that was a real treat for them at the end of a busy day. The pool area is gorgeous and plenty of seats and loungers. You can see a lot of love and attention has gone into the house and it's absolutely spotless. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and they responded to any questions I had before the trip immediately. Highly recommend this villa, we had a truly great experience!

we are repeat visitors to this fabulous villa, convenient for attractions,restaurants,supermarkets etc. also convenient for I.4 we like to visit the gulf coast.the villa has everything you need and quality, i particularly like the 50inch plasma tv which as a bonus @ the time of year we tend to visit has fox soccer channel that features the main premeirship games!!.we also found the management company very pleasnt and easy to contact to sort out our enquiries.

We have rented several homes in the Orlando area before finding this villa. Once we enjoyed everything that this home has to offer we don’t stay anywhere else when visiting Florida. We have rented this home on three different occasions. Every stay we have found the home to be clean and well maintained. Each time we visited we found improvements to the home like an expanded games room, improved audio-visual equipment and more toys for the pool (that the kids love). The master suite is wonderful with the King-size bed and large on-suite. This home is perfect for one large family or two families travelling together.

Having stayed in some fabulous hotels throughout the world, we chose a villa in Florida for a more intimate family holiday. I honestly expected to compromise on quality but I was overwhelmed by the level of comfort and facilities at the villa. The location was quiet yet very close to all amenities and Disney itself. The owners were extremely helpful before our trip and also when we were delayed due to the Volcanic ash. There wasn't a single thing which I could fault with the villa as it provided everything you could wish for. And the pool and jacuzzi...fabulous!
