Our Executive Villa is three years old, built on an end lot overlooking a beautiful conservation area and is not overlooked by other villas.
The Villa is 30-40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, just off CR532, close to Interstate 4. It is a 10 minutes drive to Disney, 15 to Sea World and about 20 to Universal. We are centrally located, equidistant from the beaches on the East and West coast.

As my daughter and her husband were celebrating 25 years of marriage, I decided to treat my family (8 in all) to a special getaway. The villa was just as advertised, very clean with plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy our time together. The girls enjoyed the privacy on the pool deck and spent time sunning, while the rest of us headed off for some golf. After golf, the spa helped us soothe our tired bodies! The location is quiet, but easy to access shopping, restaurants and of course Disney and other activities. Zita provided us with an excellent list of area amenities and was very helpful through the whole process. Everyone agreed this was the perfect getaway!

Excellent home. Excellent location. Near parks, supermarkets, shopping centers and pharmacies, but away from the noise and traffic. We were a group of ten people and the house is spacious enough to accommodate us very comfortably. Our hostess Zita, always aware of all the important details to make us feel good. Heated pool and jacuzzi, games room, TV´s...no time to be bored. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. 100% recommended.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The kids had their own bedrooms, my parents stayed with us as well and had their own privacy. Game room upstairs, t.v. and movies in main living area. Enough seating so that the whole family could sit together and have a meal together. This home is perfect. Pool area was great and the neighborhood is quiet, you can actually relax here. :)

This home was awesome, it has everything you need. Located within 20mins of Walt Disney World and other major attractions. Shopping centers, groceries, gas, restaurants and much more just a hop skip away. The home is very private being that it is at the end of a cul de sac. Indoor car parking is a bonus. Landscaping was immaculate, pool was fabulous, home was clean and tidy, air conditioning worked great. We had a problem with the alarm code but Michelle, the property manager, was very easy to get a hold of and very helpful, she gave us a new code straight away. We will definitely be staying here again. Go ahead and book it, you won't be dissapointed.

We all had a great holiday based just south of Disney.
Before the holiday started we had easy contact with the owner Zita and all communication was clear and she responded immediately to all our questions. The information sheet and directions were sent as promised the week before we arrived. Finding the Villa was easy.
The Villa was clean and tidy, all the things we needed were provided. All rooms were comfortable and big. The children loved the fact they all had Tv's in their rooms which had kids channels!
The highlight was the swimming pool and spa. In the summer the pool is very warm with no heating. We had the spa heating and it was great, just like a very warm bath.
There are local amenities which provide more than basic needs, 2 very large supermarkets, McDonalds, Pizza, Chinese, all within 5 minutes.
To get to all the parks the Villa is only minutes away from the I-4 which is very handy.
We would thoroughly recommend this Villa and would use it again. -

This was our first time that we rented a villa instead a hotel, and we had a very great experience. The house was very clean and comfortable. After a busy day at the parks we came back to the villa and enjoyed the swimming pool and the pool table. Zita and the manager are very nice and they responded very quickly. I highly recommend this villa to anyone/

We stayed at Zita's Villa for 4 nights at the end of June 2012. I have to admit that Villa was way better and bigger than our expectations. It was close to Disney and other attractions.It was very neat and clean. Kids loved the game room and everyone had fun in the pool. We felt like as if we are staying in our own home. On top of that, Zita was very prompt to our queries and handled money matters very professionally. The day we left the villa, very next day she sent the security cheque to me. I would definitely recommend this Villa to my family and friends.

We stayed at Zita's villa for a week in the summer of 2012. Although it is only our family of 4, the house easily could have sustained 6 additional guests with 5 spacious bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the security measures such as the gated community, the authorization code to enter the house and the alarm system. In addition to those measures, the removable fence around the pool provided extra comfort for us as we have a two year old and were worried for her safety around the pool. The entire family had a wonderful time and did not want to leave. Zita was very attentive to our needs and was always quick to respond to emails before and after our stay. Property management was also very easy to reach and were very accommodating. I will use these services in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a spacious villa for an extended vacation.

Initial thought by all was that the place was even better than the photos and descriptions - very spacious, modern and clean. The downstairs master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet and was used as 'house within a house'. Most of the house is carpeted which gave it a very homely feel.
The removable fence around the pool meant the kids could be left in the patio area without concern.
A very good supermarket is less than a few minutes away by car and only a few miles from the I-4 which is the road that all of the main theme parks are off of.
Dealing with the owner was a very personable experience and every email was answered within a day.
Overall we were extremely happy with the home and didn't want to leave. -

This Villa was exactly as we hoped when we were planning our first visit to Florida, Excellent location and superb accommodation made for a perfect stay. Well equipped Villa with lovely heated pool and spa which was really good after a long day at the parks.
Good facilities with ample accommodation for our party of 9. The Villa is a credit to its owners and being only 15mins from centre of Disneyland was idea location. It also was very secure which was good to know while we were out. The owner also gave us great information on places to eat and how to get to the main parks in the area. -

I highly recommend this villa for a couple, a large family ,or more, as it was very spacious. There was ample space for gathering together, as well as providing very private bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms. The game room is a great added feature. Well kept, and the owners are a delight and professional to work with. Close to Disney or many shopping malls yet private like a home away from home. We will rent again and hopefully for years to come!

My family stayed at Zita's home over the 2011 holidays and we could not have been more pleased. Zita was a pleasure to work with!! The house has everything you could need for a vacation: towels, sheets, dishes/glasses and even pool toys for the kids. The kids (and adults) loved the pool and hot tub. Publix (grocery store) is a 5 minute drive as well as a CVS and restaurants so you were close to everything you needed. Disney is very close - just 20 minutes from the house to the parking lot. It's the perfect distance from major highways so you can get everywhere you want to go yet far enough away that it's peaceful and quiet. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking to rent in the Orlando area. Thanks Zita!!

Staying at this villa was a pleasure from start to finish. Firstly,communication with the owner was efficient, thorough and very helpful. We were given directions and lots of useful tips for our holiday. The villa itself was gorgeous, everything as described. I loved the huge bed in the master bedroom! We also felt very secure in the house as it is in a lovely quiet location and has a safe and sophisticated alarm system. The two teenagers were delighted with the upstairs gamesroom and internet access. The location was perfect, a chorus of frogs from the nearby conservation area - a few minutes from the I-4 and very convenient for all the attractions. I would love to return and spend even longer at this superb villa.

We have just returned from our holiday in Florida, staying at Zita´s villa in Davenport. What a lovely holiday it was, mainly due to the excellent accommodation at this villa.
The villa is a lovely property in a very accessible part of Orlando. It is extremely easy to reach from the airport and all the major Disney parks etc are only a short distance away as well as some other interesting places to visit. There are many good restaurants within a few minutes by car and if you wish to cater for yourself Publix supermarket is also just a few minutes away.
Although all these amenities are so close, the villa has an air of tranquillity and calmness being situated in a very pleasant area .
The interior of the house has a very calm ambience with lovely décor and furnishings and feels extremely homely when returning after a hectic day out.
There was an abundance of towels and bed linen should you need it and everything you could possibility wish for was in the kitchen.
Although all the Disney attractions are within 15 to 20 mins from the villa - remember that there is another side to Florida as well as Disney! We visited some lovely places within an hour of the villa -
Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family and we hope to return in the not too distant future.

I have recently returned from a 4 week stay at Zita's lovely property in Davenport. The villa is spacious, exceptionally clean and has everything a big family would need. The villa is really close to WDW, however is located just off the beaten track in a secure gated community, which provided a tranquil setting for the adults to relax during the evening, whilst still providing a great pool and games room which kept the kids busy. I have been holidaying in Orlando for over 15 years and have stayed in dozens of resorts and hotels; without doubt this experience excelled all that have gone before. Occasionally you find a gem of a place, with an owner and management team to match, anyone planning a holiday in Orlando will struggle to find a better place to stay... Beautiful home with plenty of room for a family to spread out. Great amenities, pool and hot tub were wonderful after a day at the parks. Televisions everywhere! Nice quiet gated community felt very secure. Went to the WDW parks everyday during our stay. The house is conveniently located to WDW, groceries, etc. Easy trip to and from the airport. Felt like home. As an added bonus, Zita is a joy to work with.

We had two families in our group that stayed at the house. Four small childeren total and we had plenty of room where it never felt like we needed more space. We were very happy with the layout of the house as well and having a kitchen to cook our meals. We took the kids to Disney and were pleasently suprised at the short distance to Disney. There was a CVS a very short distance from the house and a grocery store which made runs for needed items fast. I will say the heated pool was the highlight. Having the heat in the pool was wonderful it was like bath water and it was the part that everyone loved the most; defintely worth the extra money. Working with the owners and the property managers was very easy. There were very nice, kind and professional.

This house is fantastic. It's clean, up to date, and has everything you need. The owners really keep things in perfect condition. There's the game room and pool for the kids, internet for all, and it's convenient to all the parks. So much better than staying in a hotel room with a family. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved every minute of it. We could not believe that the time was up to leave. We had a great time. The layout and location of the home is great. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures of the house were exactly as the house was. The pool was great. The owner was great to deal with and answered all questions. We will stay there again as long as the house is available. Highly recommended.
